37. First day

"What the fuck? How?" V shouted on the call. Rachel and V were in the car, on the way to hospital for Rachel's first day back when V got a call a few minutes ago and was freaking out for some reason. Rachel on the othet side was muddled but kept quiet, waiting for the call to finish.

"Jesus Christ" V groaned while hanging up the call and ruffled his hair back in frustration and then he faced Rachel who was already looking at him in furrowing expression.

"Rach, listen, there is a problem" V sighed and Rachel cocked her eyesbrow, indicating for him to continue.

"Ok so media somehow  knows that the Joel King has married and his wife is a doctor. And as you are quite famous in your field, it didn't take much long for them to find you and your hospital which is now owned by Jk himself.

Now let me throw that confusion out of the window and explain some things.

See, Joel King is his real name as you know. But in mafia world he just goes by 'kingpin' but that too because of his status.

And now, despite of all the mafia saga, Joel King is a very famous and prestigious businessman around the globe. He is the seventh richest man in the whole world. And as the new got leaked for him beinf married to you, you are kind of a celebrity. Everyone wants to know who managed to nail the cold as ice figure and wrap him around her ring finger.

So, it's all over the news, media everywhere and as hospital is on his name now, it states more clarification than anything.

And there might be chance that they already have the copy of both of your marriage certificate.

I will be there with you of cours, but get ready for undivided attention, Mrs. King" V explained as much as he could, making Rachel pout and lean back at the seat. She sighed and looked out of the window.

No words were exchanged further than that and soon they reached at hospital. As expected, media was crowding outside the hospital but were being civilised as it may cause problems for patients, coming and going.

V told the driver to take the turn and drop then at the back of the hospital which he did and they successfully sneaked inside without getting squeezed.

V was wearing black suit with white shirt inside and black tie to compliment his whole bodyguard attire. His ear has some expensive microphone which was directly connected to JM's station and all the cameras were already under surveillance of JM.

"Got you bro" JM confirmed

"As always" V replied with a smug smile which was for JM to see in the camera.

As for Rachel, she was already getting glares from the hospital staff and as the cherry on the top, in the background, the news of her and Jk was flashing.

For them it was like, the famous Dr. Reinhart, vanished for almost a month, leaving her patients back and then hospital being bought by the famous businessman, having no idea that he was the one who was being treated in the hospital weeks ago except some of the staff of Rachel who helped her attending Mr. King. But later as a climax it is revealed that the Dr comes back but as Dr. King, the wife of the seventh richest man and extremely handsome on that.

"Welcome back Dr. Reinhart, or should we say Dr. King?" Matt grinned ear to ear while Sam at the back was sulking.

V stood in front of Rachel, totally startling everyone and said

"Do you know her Rach?" V asked and Rachel rolled her eyes

"Of course I know them Tae" V faced her and glared at her for choosing such a weird name to call him. Earlier it was decided that name of V shouldn't be revealed. So Rachel thought of this name to tease him as he was sort of annoying her due to his over protectiveness.
