Chapter 46 - Honeymoon

Maddie POV:
I woke up to a bright light leading threw some thin blinds. I took a breath in before realizing there was something on my chest. Someone, it was Elena. She was lying her head on my chest, still asleep. A smile escaped my lips and I carefully stroked her hair, making sure I didn't wake her up. I rubbed my hand slowly and carefully down her arm, to her hand and moved my fingers in between hers so we were holding hands, still using my other hand to stroke her hair.

About five minutes later her head began to move to the side, snuggling into my chest, enough for me to see her face. I watched as her beautiful eyes fluttered open. Once she saw me she smiled. "Good morning, Mrs. Valentino." I told her quietly.

She loved her head up to kiss my chin, "Good morning, Mrs. Santiago." She told me groggy, but full of love and excitement.

I looked down at her and noticed we were both just in our bras and sleep pants. "Mmmm, you know my beautiful wife." I smiled at her as she said this. "We haven't ever—" I cut her off knowing exactly what she was saying.

I flipped her on her back, so that I was on top of her, straddling her. I bent down to kiss her passionately. She kissed back and I started making my way down to her neck. She started breathing heavy and making small little noises as I kissed her neck passionately. She threw her head back when I started kissing a spot right below her ear. "God I love you." I whispered right before going back to kissing her. I moved my way to her collar bone and started going down. I looked at her for permission, as I motioned for the approval to take off her bra. She nodded and I swiftly took off the bra. I looked at her beauty and admired it before leaving soft kisses on her tender breasts.

Before I could do anything more, she kicked me over so that I was now on the bottom, her straddling me. She looked down and started kissing down my neck. "Ya." She replied. We got changed and went downstairs. She made us chocolate chip pancakes, which were incredible.

"So I've been thinking," I turned my attention to her as she spoke. "What are we going to call ourselves? Are you going to take my name, or shall I take yours?"

"Why not both." I responded. "What about...Santiago-Valentino?"

"Mmmm," she was deep in thought. "I personally think Valentino-Santiago sounds better." She leaned into kiss me, which I gladly kissed back.

"I like the sound of that." I replied.

"Ya?"

"Ya."

We spent the rest of the day on the beach, walking along it, swimming, surfing. Having the best time. I can't wait to spend the rest of my life with my gorgeous wife.
