"For the poison of hatred seated near the heart doubles the burden for the one who suffers the disease; he is burdened with his own sorrow and groans on seeing another's happiness"

(Remember in chapter 23, Stephen followed his dad to a restaurant where his dad met with Mrs. Becky. This insert explains how he reacted)."What? So you mean that your dad lied to your mum that he was going to a business meeting and he went to meet Mrs Becky?" Luke asked shock evident in his face.
"Yes . My father lied to my mum and he went out to meet his mistress" Stephen replied bitterly as he chuckled bitterly."That's bad. I can't believe that your father can stoop so low to lie to you and your mum" David said as he raised his eye brow.
"I hate my dad so much. Moreso, I fvcking hate Mrs Becky and I would deal with her" Stephen said his face greased with determination.
"Stephen I suggest that you shouldn't do anything to her. Don't soil your hand" Luke warned.
"Well, tomorrow, I would go get a gun" Stephen said as if a gun was a normal thing.
"A gun? You want to go and buy a gun?" David quizzed.
"Yes I would get a gun and do what I deem fit and no body would mention my name do you both hear?" Stephen asked."Chill bro. You don't need to threaten us. We ain't even scared of your threat. Dude learn to calm your nerves down and talk to us with respect. We ain't gonna go around ranting that our buddy wanna get a gun. You can do what you fvcking want. Just be careful dude. We won't wanna lose you"Luke said as he hit Stephen's chest.
"Sorry bro. I'm obviously pissed off at my dad's secret affair with my fvcking teacher who isn't even as beautiful as my mum" Stephen screamed bitterly.
"Calm down Stephano. You are over working yourself. Just relax." David added as he gave Luke a once over look.
"Let's go puff some cigars. We obviously need it"Luke said.
"Alright let's go" Stephen agreed as he bent down to toe his shoe lace.(The next day)
"I want to own a pistol" Stephen asked.
"What? Why would you need a pistol?" the issuing officer asked.
"I'm being harassed and I need the pistol to protect myself" Stephen replied glaring at the man while already fuming with anger. How dare the man ask him why he needed to get a pistol? It's his fvcking life and he could live his life the way he wanted.
"Stephen Alexander why would you need a gun when you can tell your father and he would surrond you with securities?" the man asked.
"Wow so I'm famous. I didn't actually know that you knew me. I don't need my father's guard to protect me. I'm a man now sir. I'm 18 years. So I want to be a man of my own. I don't need my father's influence to survive. Would you issue the pistol to me?" Stephen asked.
"Ok but you are not to use the pistol anyhow. You only use it..."
"When I'm being attacked and helpless and don't have any other alternatives. You don't need to school me. I'm 18 years and I fvcking know that a pistol isn't a child's play. You don't need to school me on the do's and don't of pistols. It's cliche" Stephen shouted angrily.
"You're not even up to 21 Stephen" the man said as he gave Stephen a once over look as if trying to examine if he could handle a pistol.
"So what if I'm not 21?" Stephen asked menacingly, anger dripping from his words.
"A pistol can only be issued to you if you are 21" the man explained calmly pretending not to be afraid of Stephen's menacing look while he was quivering inwardly.
"Well let's just say that if you refuse to give me the pistol, I would expose your bad deeds to the government. You normally give people gun If they pay you the amount of money you request from them. You are a fvcking criminal who hasn't been caught. I would also make sure that I expose you. I know that you are a drug dealer and I'm sure that you would not want your bad deeds to be exposed to the government" Stephen spoke his voice carrying a threatening tone.
"Are you threatening me?" The man asked in fear.
"What do you think?" Stephen asked chuckling.
"You have no evidence" he spat back.
"I have no evidence? Before I came inside, I saw you selling drug to a boy who I estimated should be 16 or 17. I made a video of it. This is the video if you think I'm just saying empty words" Stephen said as he showed the man a video.
" If this video gets to Twitter, Facebook, Instagram or my father's hand, let's just say you would spend your remaining miserable life in jail. Grow old there, not been able to see your family, not doing what you want? So what do you say? Are you gonna do my bidding or should I trend this video and become more famous than I already am?" Stephen taunted with a smug look.
"Fucking no! You can't do that. I'm gonna do your bidding. What's the assurance that you are not gonna turn me in after I do your bidding?" The man asked with a quivering voice.
"I'm a man of my words. You do my bidding and no one hears of what goes in around here. So what do you say? Deal?" Stephen asked smirking as the man eyed him curtly.
"I see that you don't wanna accept this one time offer. Let's trend this" Stephen said as he logged into his Twitter account.
"What? Please you can't do this to me Stephen. I have family to take care of the man" said his voice shaking.
"Well if you want this to be a top secret, you should give me the pistol or a rifle" Stephen said smiling.
"Ok. There are 10 bullet in this bolt action rifle" the man said.
"Thanks Mr Hubert. It's a pleasure meeting you and doing business with you. I assure you that your secret, oh I mean secrets are safe with me. I don't wanna be ungrateful. Here is 25 dollars. That's my payment for the rifle."
"Thanks" he replied as he gleefully accepted the money before remembering that he wasn't supposed to express pleasure.
"Here is some quality cigars. It's getting cold in here. Want some?" Stephen asked as he shoved the pack of cigarettes to Mr Hubert's table.
"No thanks" Mr Hubert replied obviously angry.
"Ok Bye" Stephen replied as he bowed his head mockingly before going out of the shop with his pack of cigarettes after giving Me Hubert his middle finger.
