"I can eat blue food here?! This place is awesome." I say. Everyone laughs at that. Chiron get's up and announces we're doing capture the flag tomorrow. Everyone quickly finishes eating. The teams picking are Poseidon and Hephaestus.
"Oh yeah, I meant to tell you, I think you should be head councillor for Poseidon Cabin since I'm going to college in New Rome soon." Percy says to me. I light up.
"Oh my gods! Yes! You're the best. Brother. Ever!" I rush around the table and hug him. He laughs and the rest of the group cheers everyone looks at us.
"I'll tell Chiron later." Percy says.
"Congrats." Brandon says, kissing my forehead.
"Thanks." I beam. Suddenly, everything goes blank. Again. I don't know how long I'm out, but I have the dream again.
A guys with black hair, dark eyes, and pale skin with Nico and Bianca's mom. They're talking. We're in a hotel, but not the Casino one from before. I'm with Bianca on the stairs, listening to what they're saying.
"But Maria-" The guy starts.
"No. I will not bring my children to the Underworld Hades. We can protect them here. That's the end of this discussion." Bianca's mom decides. The guy- Hades- sighs, but he leaves. The other me hears footsteps and looks back to find Nico, rubbing his eyes.
"Why are you guys awake?" He whispers. Bianca presses her finger to her lips.
"We should go to bed now. Em just couldn't sleep, so we were going to go get a snack, but we didn't want to get caught. We were just going to come back." She grabs Nico and other me's hands, and we quietly creep back to our room.
"Emily!" A lady screams. I recognize the lady. I don't know from where. I see Nico and the girl from my vision from earlier again. I see a crack in the ceiling. I try to call for the lady, but no sound comes out. I try to get close to her. I look over and I see another version of myself, my leg is stuck under a chunk of ceiling. The young girl who looks like me is calling my name. Her and Nico are calling my name, and the lady that seems to be their mom.
"Bianca!" Nico calls for the girl, who barely dodged a piece of falling ceiling. Just as he lunges for Bianca, the ceiling comes down on his mom. I can't see Nico or Bianca anymore, and I'm positive their mom is dead. I see myself. I somehow came free of the chunk of ceiling. I run towards the rubble. I watch it vanish before my eyes. Bianca, Nico, and their mom are gone. I watch my young self break down sobbing.
Time slows, and suddenly I'm at a river with a dude. He looks like and older version of Percy, so I assume he's my dad, Poseidon.
"Go on Emily. You must do this." He urges me towards the river. I look nervous. I step into the river. Time slows again, and I'm in a Casino. I'm playing a game. Then my adoptive mom drags me out of the Casino.
This time, there's more though.
"Emily, I can't talk to you for to long, but it's me, your father Poseidon. Hades is mad at me. He found out about you. I did something really terrible. If you don't fix this, another war will break out. I'm extremely sorry to ask this of you I did not think it would come to this. I must go my daughter. tell Percy about this and tell him hello for me." He says, and he's gone.
I wake up in the infirmary again. I find a stressed group beside me. Brandon is asleep in the chair, everyone scattered around the room, most pacing. I cough and Brandon spring up.
"You're awake." He smiles at me, grabbing my hand. I return the smile, but he can tell it's forced. I look around nervously.
"Hey Percy, Dad says hi."
