Chapter 8- Purple?

Taehyung P.O.V

I can't just set the whole school on fire so I decided I would just fight him like a human would and hope he doesn't make me mad. I ran towards Y/N and sat her limp body against the wall so she was sitting up. The guy was looking at me and I could tell he was furious

 "what the hell are you doing," he said. Because I was in complete control of the situation my iconic nonchalant tone returned. 

"Use your head and figure it out" I looked around to see four other guys loitering around,

 "maybe all five of you will amount to one brain cell." 

Apparently, this made him angry because he lunged at me, I punched him lightly sending him flying on to the ground. He got up and tried to hit me again but I stepped over a little bit and he crashed into the wall behind me. Humans are ridiculous I thought to myself. Just to add something else to the fight I decided to make one guy fight the one that went flying into the wall like a dumb ass. I was about to take care of the other three real quick when I felt someone moving Y/N. The plan wasn't to use any noticeable powers but I don't do rules as you can see. The smart option would be to get her and stop but that's not what's going to happen. I tried to control my anger so I didn't kill him but I was having trouble doing something as simple as think. As soon as I saw what was happening my body felt like it was on fire just like before but this time it was ten times stronger. My nonchalant attitude was gone, I don't know how I did it before but now all I could think about was the fact that they hurt Y/N. I froze everything, nobody moved and nobody talked but they could see and that's all I wanted. My hand that usually produced a blue flame was lit on fire but the fire was red. In a second the whole hallway was on fire luckily I could control the flame to the point where nothing burned but everything else was out of my hands. I ran towards him at full speed. He started to cry hysterically which made my desire to kill him stronger. I picked him up by his shirt and came close to his ear,

 "Mess with her again and I will kill you."

 I threw him into the wall and he crumbled into black dust along with the other four. I looked around and the fire went out. I would have to deal with all of this later but now I needed to help Y/N. I picked her up slowly and held her in one hand while I pushed the hair out of my face with the other. Eventually, I decided I would just take her to my home I held her body close to mine and took her down into the underworld. Now that I really think about it, taking her to the underworld isn't the best I idea because she can't eat or drink anything or else she has to stay permanently. But, besides that and the three-headed dog and all the dead souls she shouldn't be scared of anything. Once I was there I was greeted by my father.

"You killed 5 people, really Taehyung it's getting kinda crowded in here don't you think." I looked up at him and he laughed.

"I don't want to kill them I didn't know what else to do," I said,

"It's ok you didn't kill them you just- ohhh who's that." he cut himself off mid-sentence to ask who I was carrying. Everyone seems to think my father is some mean cold-hearted god but, to be honest he's really soft. He inched closer... and closer...... and closer until he was basically hovering over me.

"Why she's sleeping son.... what'd you do," he said looking at me like he was scared and I couldn't help but roll my eyes earning yet another loud laugh. I explained what happen and he was silent the whole time.

"Red fire... can you do it now" he looked at me intently as I held out one hand still holding Y/N in the other. And much to my surprise, the fire wasn't blue nor red it was purple. He stared at me surprised but shortly after he started to jump up and down in pure bliss. I was still scared, my fire was always blue and I didn't know what it's changing meant.

"My son is gonna be the next ruler of the underworld" he yelled, Melinoe came flying down the stairs right along with Persephone with the look of pure excitement on her face.

"My son's born to be king" Persephone yelled so loud I bet it was heard from Olympus. I on the other hand was stunned, king? Me? Everyone was talking amongst themselves until my mother looked at me "But who's that."

"The Queen of the underworld his destiny," my father said, now this time everyone just stared at me and Y/N. After a long silence, Melinoe, as expected, broke it,

"Soooo are we not gonna talk about the fact she's a whole human not half-human no she's a full human," she said

"Well just give her some nectar and ambrosia problem solved," My mom said happily but there was one problem with that. I looked at my mom and she looked at me,

"Mom she um.... she doesn't want to marry me she has to." She just stared, her facial expression fell and she looked very disappointed. Without any words, she just walked away and my sister followed, my dad just sighed,

 "I'll talk to your mother but, make sure you sit the girl down and I'll have somebody run her a bath. After I'm done talking with your mother I will come to get you, we have much to discuss son." And with that he left after my mother and sister, I looked down at Y/N and couldn't help but smile I hope we can be on good terms one day I wish that one day she'll love me.
