Celina's POV

Its been a month since Elle left the hospital though I still get to see her once a week whenever she comes for medical check up.

Its Friday and I'm hoping to see her. I've become so attached to her. I always find myself wanting to be with her.

Whenever I was around Elle I seem to be open and care free.

My fiancé charles asked me to come over to his place for the weekend. Even though I wasn't looking forward to it, I couldn't make up any excuse.

Charles told me that I've been acting distant lately. I only told him I've been stressed.
That was a lie and he knew it but he didn't push further.

I was glad he didn't

Elle has occupied my thoughts.

This feelings were wrong but it felt very right.
I found myself thinking about her every single moment. Her gorgeous smile had an impact on me.
Her innocent eyes always made my heart squirm.

One last patient and I'll be done for the day.

I needed to get out of the hospital,go home and unwind. Probably this would help me ease up the tension I've been feeling for weeks.

"Mind if I walk you?" A familiar voice called

"Don't you have to see the doctor?" I asked curiously

She shrugged before answering nonchalantly 'I'd pass'

I smiled a bit knowing that trying to argue with Elle was a waste of time.

She's so stubborn

'This way' I pointed as I rounded the corner of the busy hallway leading to the paediatric unit.

That was my posting for the next three months.

She walked fast trying to catch up with me.

I chuckled

Suddenly I felt a warm hand on mine. I looked up meet her eyes. She was staring so hard. She was her biting her lower lips.

I figured it was something she did whenever she was nervous.

' want to come over sometime and hangout?'
I asked trying to forget what just happened

"You do have a life outside the hospital" she commented sarcastically.

We both laughed

'I might just be more outgoing' i replied suddenly

'I'm a freaking weirdo' she said calmly
I don't even know how my friends keep up with me. She continued.

' you do look like a bag of trouble' I joked.

She nudged me slightly on the shoulder and held my hands refusing to let it go.

I got her mobile number before she left.

****

I laid on my bed thinking of what to do, i had two days off.
I thought of calling Elle so I picked my phone to call her.

'Hello' came her tiny voice from the other end.
It sent shivers down my spine.

After talking for a while about random stuff. I asked if she wanted to go to the movies.

' yeah sure' she replied

"Text me your address I'll pick you up at six"

I hung up after that. My heart was beating fast.
I rummaged my wardrobe to find something suitable. I found a blue denim jean, black converse a gray Hilfiger polo to go with.
This was the the third outfit so I decided to go with it after staring at the mirror for so long.

I grabbed my keys and headed out the door.
Glad that I do have a ride of my own.
It was times like this that made me thank my dad for his thoughtfulness.
It was 5:45 and I knew getting there wouldn't be a lot of stress.

I pulled in front of cherry wood estates.
Nervousness almost seizing my breathe.
I was startled when I heard someone tap the car glass.

Shit

I cursed

I unlocked the door to let Elle in.

'Uhm... sorry I was trying to dab my powder one last time" I lied.

She half smiled.

'Or you where rather too nervous to step out'
She replied looking at me in the eye.

she knows too much
I said under my breathe
