Unexpected news.

Arthit pov..

I am already at my home from the office and sitting in my room, working  for tomorrow's presentation. I am purchasing manager, tomorrow i have presentation and i want to give my best.
My thoughts got interrupted by prince voice,"dad, please play football with me." I looked at him, he made puppy face.

"Ok, just give me 5 minutes, till than you start." I agreed to him, they only come to me when there friends around here is not available.
"P'Rune, come on lets play." He called his older sister, loudly.
They already started playing in backyard.
As promise, i joined them.
Its fun playing with them, actually there are times when i feel lonely, but whenever i am with them lonliness goes away. I feel happy when i see them laughing and smiling.

"Prince, come on pass the ball." I asked him and he hit at my direction.

"Dad, my ball isn't going far." He made a small face. My cutie..i said to myself.
I went to him and said," it will go and for that you have to drink milk and eat healty food, then you will become strong and you will get energy to kick then it will go far understood, not like you eat those processed snacks.

"Ya dad." He said with small face, i kissed on his forehead.

"Now keep this small face aside and start playing." I smiled and added, "come on Rune its your turn."

She kicked the ball and i immediately dodged it,"very good my daughter."

"Thankyou dad."

"Dad, now i want to try once again." Saying this he kicked the ball.

"Ohh very good keep it up." I clapped my hands, to motivate him.
Like this we continued playing and didn't know when time passed and it was evening. Mae called us inside. We got fresh and mae already cooked dinner for all of us. I asked Prince to call him from upstairs. After dinner, prince and Rune wanted to sleep with me in my room. So i laid on bed with them until they sleep, after they fell asleep, i got up and continued my work, sitting outside on the balcony stairs, not to disturbe them.

I was in my cabine revising for the presentation, which is in 20 mins. I hope everything goes well.

Knock knock
"Come in." I said as i heard knock on the door.

"Sir, its time to go for meeting."
I looked up from my laptop, "oh yes miss phoon i am coming, i again shifted my gaze on my laptop, i can feel she was still standing, i looked at her and saw she was staring at me, its very awkward.
"Miss i told you i am coming, so you can go now, back to work, quick." I ordered her, she came into reality hearing my voice.
"Sorry sir, saying this she left.
I shook my head, i already rejected her still why she behave like this i don't know. Taking a look at the bullet points i need to mention i went outside taking my laptop.

I took a long breath and started.

After sometime,
"Mr Arthit, wonderful presentation as always, we are impressed, looking forward to know your ideas, you always have brilliant ideas. Keep it up." One of my seniors said.

"Thankyou sir, thankyou so much." I smiled.

I walked towards my cabine, it turned out well, it was worth working on it. I entered my cabine and checked my phone, there were mae's missed calls. Why she called me at this time without any second thought i called her.

"Oon, hello!"

"What happen mae, you called me earlier."

"Oon, i called u because there was a call from prince school, that he fell unconscious..

Hearing that i got panicked and
Interrupted her,"What? How? Mae i..

"Oon calm down, Kongpob went to his school, just now he informed me that he is fine and they are on there way to home."

He..he went to bring my son from school..i thought to myself.
"Mae, i am coming home, saying this i packed everything, as it was emergency i took a half day leave. I reached home and waiting for them in forntyard, as i heard the main door gate opening, i ran and hugged him tightly and said sorry because i was not there with him, i failed to protect him.
Pho asked the tenant, what happened and he told us everything.

Prince was afraid but i was not with him, i again hugged him. I looked at the wound on his knees. A tear fell from my eyes.

"Prince, are you ok."

"I am fine, dad."

"Why were you crying earlier?"

"Dad i was afraid because, i felt all black in front of my eyes."

"Now everything is fine, you are my strong boy." I said to him.
They took him inside and he was also about to go upstairs, but i stopped him, to say thankyou.

He said one sentence that made me think about that word again.
Trust, i repeated the word in my mind.
He gave me medicine that doctor gave   him, and went upstairs.
I kept holding those medicine, looking at him, until he went inside.

I went inside and changed Prince clothes into clean one because his uniform was dirty and feed him before giving him medicine.

"Prince, dad is sorry that he could not come to your school. Please forgive your dad." I kept my hands on his chin.

"Its ok dad, uncle Kong came, and he also told me i am strong like my name sud. Sud means tiger."

I smiled,"of course my son is strongest of all and Prince i promise you to be with you whenever you need me.
I kissed him on his head and hugged him.

When i heard the word TRUST from your mouth, i started thinking about that, you made me think about that again, and that day you earned my trust.
