After some months, I am back

I was a little disconnected these times, and I pratically lost all my english! (yeah, I'm french by the way, so if I do some errors when I write, it's because I'm not a super attentive strudent.)

So. I don't know if this "book" help people, I hope it does.

I feel a little guilty to write that when I'm so deep in the shit, like, you know, I write a book of tips to feel better and I'm freaking bad. But help people make me feel way better, so, I try my best.

September is coming, and with it, school. I guess I will have less time to write this, but I want to finish it, and help if i can.

Dysphoria is just way worse than usual these times, I can barely live with it, I don't know what to do anymore...

I don't know about what I can give tips about, I will see if I find others things... Or, if you have an idea, you can tell me, it would be cool.

All of that to say I am gonna continu this, but it will maybe be a little laborious.
