Y/n POV:
Noah is being so annoying today I can't take it anymore, so I thought of a plan
He was in the bathroom, so took his phone and hid it
" Y/N " he yelled coming into my room
" where's my phone " he said angrily but I just smirked
" how am I supposed to know where you put your phone stupid " I said getting of my bed and walking out the door running to kitchen with him chasing after me then when I made it to the fridge he grabbed my arm but a little to tight
" ow Noah your hurting me " I said trying to pry my wrist from his big hands
" give me my phone or I'll tell dad it was you that broke his favorite guitar, your lucky I stuck up for you that day " he said letting go of my wrist
" Fine it's in the living room in between the couch seats " I said rubbing my wrist, he then pushed me out the way but when he did my back hit the corner of the kitchen island making me fall on my bum
It really hurt I was reaching for my back to rub the spot where I had hit the table and it hurt so bad I just started crying
" omg y/n/n I'm so sorry I didn't mean to push you that hard he said rubbing my back
" DONT touch me it hurts " I said getting up still having my hand on the spot where it had hit
Then daddy walked in " y/n what happened why are you crying he said picking me up rubbing my back but I winced and moved his hand from my back
" Noah pushed me alittle to hard and my back hit the corner of the table then I fell " I said sobbing before a few words then wrapped my arms around my dad
" Noah "
" well she hid my phone and was being a brat "
" y/n "
" because you were bothering me all day and I asked you stop politely and you DIDNT " I said shouting at Noah, I then put my head on my dads shoulder crying more
" alright come on let me see your back " daddy said putting me on the kitchen table lifting my shirt to see my back
" oh my god Noah how hard did you push her " daddy said said looking at him angrily
" I don't know dad I'm sorry I really didn't mean it "

Dad then took a picture to show me and I saw a bruise on back I then turned and wrapped my arms around my dad
"Both of you, living room now " daddy said pouting to the living room.
Both me and Noah went and waited for daddy in the living room, i pointed to were I hid Noah's phone and he got it and said a quiet thanks.
Niall Pov:
I went to my room and got into comfortable clothes and went back to the living room
"both of you sit next to each other" I said crossing my arms
" anyone care to explain " I said
" well Noah was bothering me all day he kept play fighting with me and I didn't want to then he kept tripping me and coming into my room just to mess everything up so I hid his phone as payback " y/n said looking at Noah then me
" why Noah " I said
" I broke up with Charlotte and I don't know I was mad at myself and took it out on y/n " he said leaning back crossing his arms looking at the walls
" alright Noah you know what to do " I said
" I'm really sorry I was being mean to you and bothering you I was being a bad brother I promise from no on to be the best big brother ever " he said making me smile as I looked at y/n smiling
" it's ok your not a bad brother your the best big brother I could ever ask for " y/n said hugging Noah but as he hugged her she said-
" Noah my back ouch "
" oh I forgot sorry " he said hugging her around her hips away from the spot where it hurt
" alright y/n " I said looking at her
" I'm sorry I hid your phone and for calling you stupid earlier "
" it's alright I was being kinda stupid anyways " Noah said making y/n giggle
" alright you both, Noah I want your phone and y/n give me your tablet. You will see them once again next week " I said as Noah gave me his phone and y/n went to give me her tablet
" how about we go out for some ice cream now " I said making them both smile
" hey Noah race you to get our shoes, finish line is the front door " y/n said smirking
" oh it's on " Noah said looking down at her
" 3,2,1 go " I said surprising them both and they both ran
Y/n of course won
" ha ha slow poke " she said sticking her tongue out at him

We got ice cream and went to the supermarket to get snacks and drinks for the movie night y/n planned and we all fell asleep on the couch.
