Y/n POV:

I was playing with my daddy's phone since he was in an interview and I was backstage
Uncle Greg was watching me but it to good because I wanted to see daddy, so I got up and wondered around I then got lost somewhere and i was shouting for help

" hello " " anybody there " " I'm lost and I need help " I kept shouting until I tried over a wire and my daddy's phone slide across the floor.
I was nervous to get back up and get it until somebody picked me up, it was Dave my daddy's friend who is also my friend who worked at the interview place

" are you alright " he said said as I shook my head and started to cry

" what's the matter " he said walking over to pick up the phone but when he did he gasped

When he gave my the phone I saw a huge crack and if daddy saw it he'd be so mad

" uh oh " Dave said as I started crying more

" sh sh sh it's alright don't cry " he said bouncing me up and down trying to calm me but it wasn't working

" daddy's gonna be mad and hate me " I said as I hid my face in his shoulder

" he won't I promise he's also looking for you I bet he misses you " Dave said as he started walking in the direction I came from

Niall Pov:

I was to busy yelling at Greg for not watching y/n when Dave whistled and I turned around to see y/n crying I ran and took her from him until she shook her head reaching back for him

" y/n what's wrong " I question as she just cried more

" daddy be mad " she said as my heart broke

" princess you know id never be mad at you " I said which made me question why she thought I'd be mad

" maybe this is why " Dave said pulling my phone out of his pocket showing me my now broken screen

" don't hate me I'm sorry I tripped it was an accident " she said in between sobs as I just held her

" I don't hate you  y/n it's just a phone, we can get it fixed and it will be good as new, I promise I don't even care if it's broken are you hurt " I asked as she wiped her eyes and shook her head

" then that's all that matters " I said as she gave me a small smile

" promise your not mad " she said sticking out her pinky as I laughed

" promise promise promise " I said linking my larger finger with her tiny finger

" I love you daddy " she said wrapping her arms around me yawning putting her head on my shoulder

" I love you to princess " I said smiling and patting her back
