Niall Pov:

ever since Lizzy went to the store to go get groceries for our dinner tonight y/n started acting up behaving badly

First she decided to make a mess in her toy room then yelled at ME saying she wasn't going to clean it

Second she drew on the wall with marker, it easily came off but she knows she shouldn't be coloring on the walls only on paper

Third she went through the pantry and spilled out all the cereal and sat there eating from the floor

But then I had enough, I was chasing her so that she would help clean her toy room when she decided to break the glass plate on the coffee table

" Y/N HORAN " I shouted as she moved back scared

" oh god " I said running my hands through my hair

" corner now " I said pointing to the corner as she whined and shook her head

" NOW " I said sternly as she whimpered and ran to the chair in the corner and started to cry

In the middle of cleaning she started sniffling and calming down and just as I was about to throw the glass away Lizzy came back and saw y/n crying in a corner

" hey why's she in time out " she asked looking over at y/n

" ever since you left she decided to be bad, "

" because she thinks she can get away with anything when I'm gone because you never discipline her Ni " she said hugging me and I just put my chin on top of her head

" I hate being the bad guy " I said quietly as she rubbed my back

" mama " y/n cried out seeing she was back as she made grabby hands

" I heard you were being bad " Lizzy said as she put her head in her neck

" come here " I said giving a soft smile as she started crying again shaking her head holding on tighter to Lizzy

My face dropped...was she scared of me I knew I shouldn't have gotten loud with her

" I think somebody just needs a nap " Lizzy said taking y/n up to her room giving me a soft smile

She came down about 15 minutes later and sat with me cuddled on the couch

" she hates me doesnt she " I said with my face hidden in my hands

" no, your her favorite person in the world she couldn't stay mad at you even for 5 minutes Nialler " she said as I shook my head

" I shouldn't have shouted I shouldn't have put her in time out oh god im a monster " I said leaning back into the couch staring at the ceiling

" Niall stop, your not a monster you just need to work on discipline she did something bad and there's consequences stop being so hard on yourself " she told me as I nodded my head still wondering if y/n hated me.

Me and Lizzy decided to make a snack for when y/n woke up and for us right now

It's been about 2 hours since me and Lizzy were on the couch eating.

Y/n POV:

I woke up in my crib and not in mamas arms where I remember.

I sat up thinking about when dada yelled at me and it was really scary, he never puts he in time out only mama does, does he hate me I thought to myself

I was mad at him for putting me in time out but dada is the only one who gives good wake up cuddles after a nap

" dada " I called out waiting for a response but heard nothing

" dada " I called out a little louder that's when I heard footsteps coming upstairs

Niall Pov:

Me and Lizzy were thinking about what to do for y/n's 4th birthday until we heard something but didn't know what it was so we stayed quiet until we heard a faint
" dada " I knew it was y/n and I had the biggest smile on my face

" told you Ni " she said grinning as i ran upstairs into her room where she made grabby arms for me and laid her head on my shoulder

" I'm sowwy " she said kissing my cheek putting her head back on my shoulder as she wrapped her arms around my neck

I smiled to myself knowing she didn't hate me and still loved me after being the bad guy for the first time and THE LAST time

We went back downstairs and cuddled on the couch because I always give her after nap cuddles

" I love you very much and dada only put you in time out because you did a naughty thing ok " I said as she looked at me and nodded

" no more bad girl " she said smiling at me as I tickled her sides as she squirmed around

" your not a bad girl but promise no more naughtiness " I said as she nodded and cuddled back into my chest " wove dada " she said as my heart melted and Lizzy put her hand to her heart silently awwing at us

" I love you to princess " I said wrapping my arms around her small frame wanting this moment to last forever
