y/n was currently throwing a tantrum at the front door screaming and crying that she didn't want to go to daycare today
because she was scared and didn't want me to leave her

" NOOOO NO GO " she said as I picked her up from the floor as she squirmed around, " y/n you have to go it's only 3 times a week your going to color and have snacks and play" I said as she only shook her head, " NO, you no come wif me " she said crying more.

" y/n I promise your going to make new friends and have so much fun " our mom said as she only stuck her face in my neck
" ni ni come to " she said sniffling as i pouted at my mom

" I'll be with you for a little bit but then ni ni would have to go bye bye just for a little bit " I said as she started crying again

" come on we're gonna be late it's alright y/n don't worry you'll love it " our dad said as we all walked to the car

Once we got to the daycare the teacher let me go walk her around to look at things and talk to other kids

" look a cubby with your name on it " I said as she smiled " what goes there " I asked as she thought
" my bag " she said giggling as I nodded kissing her cheek

We then went around to look at the toys and the tables when another little girl walked up to her

"hi, I'm Lavender, what you name" she said happily as I smiled and y/n got shy playing with her fingers, "this is y/n she's a bit shy" I said as the little girl smiled and nodded

" it ok, I like you name " she said as y/n smiled " thank you, I like yours to " y/n said quietly
" wanna be my friend " the gurl said as y/n perked up and smiled
" yes yes yes " y/n said giggling as I smiled watching the two hug

" alright y/n your gonna stay here and have fun with lavender and ni ni is going to go bye bye and I promise I'll come back for you " I said as her smiled soon turned into a frown " no bye bye " she said making grabby arms for me

" y/n I'm sorry but mommy and daddy said so, I promise princess we can go get ice cream after and play dress up and do whatever you want I promise " I said as she shook her head letting her tears finally free

" STAY " she shouted crying holding onto my leg
" y/n please, I promise " I said picking her up as I swayed her side to side but she kept crying

" hey y/n it's alright he will come back right " she said looking up at me as I nodded " I will always come back y/n " I said as I put her down and she looked up at me
" promise " she said wiping her tears

" promise " I said getting down to her level " okay, love you " she said still pouting as lavender grabbed her hand

" kisses " I said as she smiled and giggled pecking my lips " bye bye " I said as she waved and went to play with lavender

I was walking into y/n's daycare when I saw her and her friend drawing with markers and I could also see her cute little smile

I slowly walked over to her " hey princess " I said whispering as she perked up and saw me

" NI NI " she said getting off her seat running as fast as her tiny legs could take her " your back your back I'm so happy " she said as I picked her up spinning her around

" I missed you " I said as she frowned " I missed you to ni ni " she said as I kissed her cheek repeatedly as she giggled, " me and lavender were drawing and playing and had snacks it was so fun " she said as I put her down and she ran to lavender

" she's my new best friend " she said hugging her as lavender giggled " your my only best friend forever " lavender said as y/n nodded

" oh my mommy's here I see you next time y/n bye " she said giving y/n one last hug and a little wave to me as she ran to her mom

" ice cream time " y/n grinned as I grinned back smiling and nodding as we left happily singing in the car to get some ICE CREAM!
