Niall Pov:

I woke up absolutely exhausted and sick and miserable. I got up throwing up and coughing,
I went downstairs to get some medicine, it was gross...yuck.

I went back upstairs and saw y/n sitting outside my room,
" whatcha doing " I said as she smiled look up at me, " waiting for my morning cuddles duhh " she said giggling as I smiled and coughed

" are you sick " she asked as I nodded, " I don't feel the best right now i just wanna lay down " I said as she gasped " can I cuddle with you, WAIT I'll take care of you like you take care of me when I get sick " she said as I smiled

" so my personal doctor " I said laying down as she tried covering me with my blanket " yesss " she said giggling as she then left leaving me confused

Y/n Pov:

I left Niall in his room and went to get him some nice cold water in his blue cup, I also bought him some snacks, some goldfish and gummies and Doritos from the pantry

I walked very VERY slowly trying not to drop the water and when I made it I saw his smiled and it made me smile

" snacks? JUST for me " he said as I nodded handing him his water and dropped his snacks on the bed. " you need some food in your body and get some sleep " I said as she nodded " yes ma'am " he said as I laughed at that name

I crawled next to him as he looked at me " stay here " he said jumping out of bed running to his bathroom, I got worried as I heard him throw up making tears come to my eyes as I peeked around the door to see him holding his stomach

" are you okay Ni " I said letting a tear slip out my eye as he pouted wiping my tear. " I'm alright y/n don't worry no tears I'm fine " he said as I nodded and hugged him

" you need some rest right now mister no fights your the patient you must always listen to the doctor " she said crossing her arms as I laughed and got up, " alright alright " I said as i pushed Niall back into bed and made him drink some water

" you know I heard cuddles from little sisters is the cure to help sick big brothers " I said as he grinned

" where'd you hear that " he asked as I smiled " not telling " I said as I climbed in bed next to him watching a few shows

Niall Pov:

Me and y/n have been laying down watching tv for 3 hours and it was now 2pm I went to go get more medicine before y/n raced me to the fridge to get the medicine

" I'll do it I'm the doctor " she said as I smiled and let her pour it in the little measuring cup showing her where to stop, surprisingly she didn't make a mess and filled it to were it had to be

" alright mister horan, drink this and back to bed and cuddles " she said as i shook my head, " can we order food i need McDonald's " I said as she gasped and nodded

" cant ever say no to McDonald's, can I get the ice cream too " she said as I smiled and nodded, we ordered on postmates and it took about 25 minutes for it to get here

We went back to my room cuddling and eating McDonald's but unfortunately I couldn't keep the food down and threw up a bit....again but I had y/n there with me rubbing my back even though I said I didn't want her to get grossed out and not be able to finish her food

" it's alright Ni, no matter how yucky you are I'll be here for you forever and always " she said making my heart melt as she kissed my cheek

" forever and ever " I said as she giggled and nodded, " forever and ever and ever Ni " she said as I smiled and gave her a big horan hug

once I was done in the bathroom me and y/n went right back to finish any leftovers we had and watched cartoons while taking funny Snapchat videos and posting them

" alright mister horan I think it's resting time, phone down drink a little bit more water then back to bed got it " she said sternly as my eyes widen

" okay okay doctor horan geez don't have a cow " I said as she giggled and laid down with me
" I love you my personal cute little doctor " I said as she looked up at me " I love you too my very own amazing big brother patient " she said as we both laughed relax and eventually falling asleep again
