me and y/n were in the middle of lunch when 3 loud knocks hit out front door making us both jump in fright!

" stay here " i said as she nodded and when i opened the door I saw 3 police officers and my ex wife Ella. " Niall Horan " the officer said as i nodded " can we come in " they said as i nodded ignoring ellas fake tears

i led them to the living room to talk when y/n came running to my side " im done eating " she said as Ella looked at her " hi princess mommy missed you so much " she said trying to hug her as y/n stepped away from her " d-don't " she stuttered hiding behind my leg as i whispered in her ear to go upstairs

" alright so from what we know Ella here wants to take custody of Y/n, so she wants to go to court " one officer said as i shook my head

" no way am i going to court again for the same thing " i said as she shook her head " i want to see my daughter " she said as i shook my head " the daughter you have abused the daughter you've neglected not to mention you said you were going to give her up for adoption when she was born but i chose to take her " i said raising my voice as one cop tried calming me down but i was to furious

" i do not abuse kids let alone my own " she said as i shook my head
" well can we bring y/n down here i want a talk to her " another cop said as i nodded

I yelled for y/n to come down while another cop took her outside to talk leaving me and Ella and the other 2 cops to talk

Y/n Pov:

" hi mr police man " i said stepping outside as he smiled
" call me Tim " he said as i nodded
" alright we need to talk about your mommy and daddy " he said as i pouted

" has mommy ever hit you " he asked as i nodded " daddy says she drinks to much bad juice and it makes her mean and crazy " i said as he nodded

" mommy used to be nice to me until last year when she started going crazy and daddy took me away from her, but i was happier when it was just me and daddy " i said as he nodded

" do you love your mommy " he asked as i just put my head down
" i did ", " before she started hitting me for no reason, it really hurt " i said with a tear running down my face as he nodded and told me to wipe my tears and come back in

but when i did i saw daddy crying and mommy with some of my bags. why did she have them!?

" alright listen sweetie your going to be staying with your mommy for a bit until we have a full talk with your dad alright " the police man told me as I shook my head quickly

" dont wanna " i said moving away from them getting closer to daddy
" come on baby don't you miss mommy, we're gonna have some fun time together " she said as i shook my head

" i don't want you! i want daddy your mean " i said running to daddy as he picked me up putting me on his hip

" please don't take her from me " i heard daddy whisper as i held on tighter " she is abusive and toxic that's the only reason i took y/n from her please believe me " he said as i lifted my head holding on tighter to him
