Chapter 57

Staring at my friends as they risked their life for me and I wouldn't have hesitated if Dabi didn't have the answers I needed. if he knew how to stop me from turning into a monster then I'll have to take a risk and go with him.

But how could I choose to go with him when Katsuki looked at me with some much desperation I don't even wanna know how it would have felt if he was in my place instead. And there was my brother who looked at me with pain deep his different coloured eyes, I wanted to go back to them but if Dabi could help me then I have to try.

I don't wanna hurt anyone.

"Hurry up, who are you gonna pick?" Dabi shouted out at me as the rest of the league of villains were getting closer to us. Turning to look at Dabi before staring at the most important people in my life, "I'm going with you Dabi"

Dabi smirked as he used his quirk to create a semi-circle on the side where the villains were, I could feel the air begin to increase and realised what he was doing. He was gonna increase the temperature so the steam would come off it to act as a smoke bomb to not see us escaping.

"Dabi what are you doing?" I heard one of the leagues of villains shout but he ignored it as he grabbed ahold of my wrist and began to drag me away from the battlefield and into an alleyway.

"(Y/N)" turning to face the entrance of the dark alleyway to see a figure. It was Katsuki's Bakugo. The difference between his facial expression when he was in the air to now has done a complete 180, now he stared at me with pure rage.

Rushing towards us as I expected him to hit me instead he pulled me into a tight embrace, holding me close to his chest with his arms wrapped around me.

"I'm never letting you go again" his head leaned against mine as he whispered into my ear. Smiling while I felt tears depart from my eyes as I lean against him and wrap my shorter arms around his muscular torso.

Surprising me as he pulled back grabbing onto my shoulders, staring at me straight in the eye before shouting at me "now why the fuck did you go with this.." he paused and moved to look at well glare at Dabi "this bastard."

Dabi just simply rolled his eyes at Katsuki's comment, "he has the answers I need so just listen okay" mumble to Katsuki and keeps quiet, at least he didn't make a scene. Katsuki didn't let me move one step away from him as Dabi began to speak.

"I had the same problem when I was younger so I can give you some advice, kid to deal with that demon of yours." We both stayed silent as we listened closely to what he said.

"I'm just gonna be honest, it never goes away" and that's when Katsuki broke his silence "the fuck you mean? Why the fuck did we come here then?" he roared at him but before he could carry on I muffled him with hand stopping him. "Hush he hasn't finished" he let out a huff before removing my hand from his mouth.

Rolling his eyes once more before carrying on speaking, "You have to learn how to use the demon's power and the hatred that is kept inside of you that formed it. One thing you can never permit to happen is, to let it control you otherwise it'll take over and hurt the people you care about and you'll have no power but to sit and watch the show."

Imagines of the most precious people in my life flash through my mind: mum, Kendo, Katsuki, Todoroki's about from one and all of my classmates.

"But-but how do I stop from letting it take over" I stutter as I remember how it felt to have no control over my body when I was back at the hideout of the league of villains. It was like I was at the back seat of a car watching through the window everything happen with nothing to stop anything from happening.

"Take charge. Show who's the domination one out the both of you. The demon and you. The reason it's easy for that thing to take over is that you have a weak mindset" he spoke as if looking back at all his past memories, I wonder what happened to him. Even though he's a villain, he isn't that much of a bad guy as I thought he would be.
