"I don't know if this is an illusion or if you are real," I tell him
He walks up closer to me not leaving any room between our bodies as his brushes a strand of hair back behind my ear then tilts my head up and kisses me softly.
"Did that feel like an illusion?" he asks
I shake my head
"It felt like a blissful dream" I replied
"I promise you my little mate that I am very much real and I am standing here holding you in my arms telling you that we are mates."
The biggest smile anyone could etch my face and I stood up on my tiptoes and kissed him again as I raked my fingers in his beautiful curls.
"Yea your real alright, casue I don't think my brain would be this cruel to make me hallucinate after the hell I've been through" I comment when I settle back on my feet.
"That hell you lived in will never happen again. I am taking you away from here, and you will be treated with respect by not only me but also your new pack that you will run alongside me."
I nodded and laid my head against his chest listening to his heartbeat.

Some of my old packmates are sadly going to be my new packmates at the Krypton pack. But I trust Henry when he told me that the hell I was living will be over. that I will be treated with respect.
When Alpha Faun found out who was leaving the pack he threw a little party to celebrate us finding out mates.
When he found out who was Alpha Henry's mate he laughed out thinking I was bullshitting him when I told him I was Henry's mate. Until Henry all but beat his ass when he found out about the alpha laughing at me.
I tell you that Faun coward like a scolded animal and whimpered as if he was about to be hit with a newspaper for bad behavior. He looked like he was about to have a heart attack.

Henry helped me pack up all my things which wasn't very much since I didn't feel the need to own alot of things.
"Why do you have so little of clothing and things?" he asked
"I am not one for a room full of unused clothes or useless items" I replied as I finished packing up the last box and zipped my last suitcase before standing them up only for Henry to have some of his warriors coem and load them in his car.
"Well your new bedroom with have a walk incloset so you need to have more clothes then what was in this pantry sized one" Henry tells me
"Will we be living in the pack house or alone?"
"We will be in our oen house unless you don't feel comfortable with being alone with me."
"For the first time I feel beyond comfortable, I feel safe, and loved. Being alone with you is no issue for me" I tell him
"Good then shall we go and leave this pathedic place behind?"
"Lead the way."
He takes my hand and walks out the room that I once resided in. As we headed for the door some of the pack mebers started making grating comments about how me being mated to Henry is a fluk.
He stopped and looked at them.
"If I were your unprepossessing mouth shut, before I shut it for you permently" Henry warned then proceeded out the door with me in tow.
