baby's 1st bath (Walt)

"I know I am a detective of the law but right now you're my commissioner. you tell me how we are gonna bathe Zayden" Walt says

"Just as we did at the hospital a few nights after having him" I replied

"Baby I am a mess of nerves right now, so what we had done at the hospital apart from you having him is long gone," he replies

"Did you ever bathe Fye?" I asked

"No, I was always busy with work. but the times I tried it freaked out, and Angie was too focused on Fye to help me out. So I need you to give me orders as my commissioner" he says

"Alright. Lose your wool sweater, it won't be needed. go into our bathroom grab the baby tub for him, get the water set real warm, grab his shampoo and body wash then call for me once that is done and I will bring Zayden in and we will go from there" I ordered him

He nods his head and walks off doing as I told him.

I walked into Zayden's nursery stripped him down and got him ready so when Walt calls for me I won't have to worry about clothing or a diaper.

"Alright, baby I am ready" Walt calls so I grab Zayden's towel, a diaper, lotion, and an onesie then walked off into Walt's and my bedroom placed that stuff down, and took Zayden into the bathroom.

"Ready?" I asked

"Are you gonna be in here with me?" he asked

"I will but I won't be hounding you" I replied

He nods and takes Zayden and carefully lays him in the tub keeping his little head in his hand Walt carefully starts to bathe him as I give him orders on how to like he asked.

"See detective you're doing a perfect job, and Zayden is enjoying it," I tell Walt as I step closer and watch Zayden smile and coo at his daddy while Walt smiles and starts talking to Zayden.

"Alright now, did you wash his hair?" I asked

"No, how should I do that. tell me what to do" he says

"well your gonna keep his head in your hand and use your other to put a little dollop on his head and softly massage it all over his head careful not to put it in or around his eyes, then you will use warm water to rinse it making sure the water doesn't get in his eyes or the shampoo," I tell him

After he is told what to do he goes about doing so.

I watch as his shoulders start to relax and give way that his nervousness is fading away.

"Done," he says

"Good now here is his towel dry him off then take him into the bedroom lay him down and put lotion on him carefully as you already know then put on his diaper and onesie" I instruct

He lifts Zayden and wraps him in his little towel and walks off while I take care of cleaning the bathroom and messing with the baby tub.

"We are all done Zayden," Walt says

"I am very proud of you Walt, you did an excellent job," I say to him as I walk up and kiss Zayden while rubbing Walt's back
