caught you

I was making some brownies after already having made cookies when I heard little feet make their way into the kitchen.

I pretended as though I didn't notice Henry's and my little love walk in, but I made sure I paid attention in case something happened to them.

From my prevail vision, I watch her reach up and grab a cookie and take a bite.

"I caught you little dove," I tell her and I grab her side once I knew her mouth was empty so she wouldn't choke.

She giggled and smiled before offering me a bite.

"You're sneaky like your daddy, you know that," I tell her

"I am?" she asks

"Uh-hu, just like him," I tell her

She smiled about that.

"finish up your cookie little sneaky daddy should be home soon," I tell her before a tap her pull-up padded butt and she walks off.

"I found out something today about our little love," I Tell Henry as we sit on the couch while our little dove is on the floor playing with Kal.

"Oh yea, what is that?" he asked

"A certain little Dove is as sneaky as you," I tell him

"Hmm, I wonder who that could be?" he askes

"Me ..me..daddy its me.. I  sneaky like you mommy said so" our little dove says and waves her little hand in the air while smiling.

"You're sneaky like daddy?" Henry asked her

"Uh-hu, mommy said so" she replied

I smiled as she gets up and makes her way over to Henry and halfway climbs on his lap before he lifts her and places her right on his thighs.

"I snuck right into the kitchen when mommy wasn't looking and I grabbed a cookie from the plate, and she caught me which made me laugh. then she told me that I am sneak as my daddy" little dove explained

"Well that is sneaky," Henry tells her.

She nods her head before laying it back on Henry's chest while holds his hands that rest on her lap.

"Next time daddy will have to teach you how to not get caught when you sneak a cookie," Henry says

I lightly hit his shoulder rolling my eyes at him which makes him chuckle.

"Wouldn't mommy still catch us?" little dove asks

"Not if your really careful then she wouldn't know we are there in the kitchen" he replied

"Oh! ok" she says.

I smiled as I watched and listen to my little and big loves talk to each other planning how they will be sneaky next time and not get caught by me.

"Good luck with your plan cause I know everything that goes on in this house whether I see it or not," I tell them

Little DOve's eyes grow wide as she looks at Henry and I have to hide my laughter from her expression while 

Henry mocks her expression.

"Know what that means little dove?" he asked

"No..what?" she asks

"Well that means we really have to be extra careful or mommy will tickle us," he said then proceeded to tickle our little dove making her giggle and laugh loudly.
