1st Person POV

My owl keeps guiding us, and Zenitsu decided it's faster to run, so now he carried me while running, and I couldn't help but feel a little bad.

"If you're tired you can put me down for a while."

"We just have to find, Tanjiro... I'm fine."

I nod and let him carry me still, telling him where my owl went if a sharp turn came around.

And we still somehow lost it... Damn it. Now we had to figure out our own way around.

"Uhm, Zenitsu? Is it just me or are we going around in circles?"
Shoichi stopped us.

"AA! I KNEW IT! I KNEW I could rely on you to help, Shoichi!"

"I've been telling you that for a while now. You didn't listen when I told you that stain on the wall was the same one we saw five minutes ago, now did you?!"

"You shouldn't be talking! Your bones are broken! You need to rest!"

"Zenitsu! My legs are just broken! It's not like it'll be that way forever, stop babying me! I told you I could walk half an hour ago!"

"I CAN STILL HEAR YOUR BONES CRACK, WOMAN!"

"STOP YELLING YOU HOG-MONKEY!"

Shoichi opened another door, probably sick of our banter as he looked around.

It must've been empty, because he turned around and we kept walking through, Zenitsu and I still arguing now and then.

"Gah! Where is Tanjiro?! This house can't be that big!!"
I yell in frustration.

The echo of a drum is heard as the room we now stepped in turned, creating a long fall.

"Did this room just... turn?!"
Zenitsu screamed, my free arm grabbing Shoichi tightly to protect him.

We fall through multiple doors and scream as we do so, Zenitsu holding me even tighter.
I see a bright light, feeling the cool air of the outdoors as we were ejected from the house.

Out of habit, I use my airbending to soften our fall, and it worked, the three of us safely on the dirt.

"Are either of you hurt?!"
I worriedly ask, Zenitsu grumbling.
I quickly sit up, moving over to check on him and Shoichi.

"Ugh... I'm okay... Thanks for blunting the fall."
He mumbled, rubbing the back of his head.

"Hah... Some master airbender I am... That was pathetic, even for me."

Shoichi goes up to me, thankfully unharmed, his eyes filled with sparkles
"I think that was amazing."

Hah... What a nostalgic sight.
I smile and pat his head, my eyes now locked onto the box Tanjiro left before entering.

I get up, ignoring the pain and Zenitsu's 'cracking' cries, stumbling towards the box as I tightly hug it, feeling Nezuko shift inside.
