"What you doin' 'ere?" Hagrid had asked Elladora, letting the two students in for a moment as he took the lantern from the girl and placed it on his round wooden table. "When y' didn' come down fer tea I though that y' was sick or sommet." He elaborated, walking over to a teapot that was over the fire.

"I was out late last night." She told him. "Stupid idea, and sorry I didn't come today, I was busy."

Sirius glanced between the two and blew a strand of hair out of his face that had dropped down there. Hagrid gave Elladora a pointed look and smiled lightly, warning her not to do it again. "I suppose that I'd be'er give y' the directions of where ter find the wolfsbane." Hagrid sighed.

Elladora became alert and so did Sirius. "Wolfsbane?" They said at the same time. "For the potions on Monday?" The Slytherin continued, becoming wary of Remus for the lesson on Monday.

"Yer not wrong." The half-giant said. "Slughorn wants ter use it as an ingredient." He replied and the dog lay on the floor perked up when he grabbed a bit of meat.

Sirius' knee was bouncing up and down now as he thought of Remus, he would have to miss the lesson, he glanced to Elladora who seemed calm, but of course she was, she didn't know about his friend being a werewolf or so he thought. And he didn't know that she knew about what he and the rest of the marauders know.

"We should get going." Elladora spoke up after a moment of silence l and picked up one of the buckets that Hagrid had handed them, the half-giant nodded and started talking to his dog for a moment.

The dog growled slightly but nodded and stomped over to the two students after Hagrid had reprimanded it. "Y' best be off then. Don' take too long or you'll be back again tomorro'" he laughed slightly and Sirius reluctantly took the other bucket.

Elladora exited the hut, both dogs following her into the woods whilst Sirius racked his brain for a way to get out of picking the wolfsbane.

It was silent as Elladora picked up all of the purple plant she could find, every last bit of the purple petal that she saw. Sirius didn't seem to notice what she was doing as he spoke up again. "Elladora."

Taking her silence as an invitation to speak again, he continued. "How about we ditch and get out of here." This nervous statement alone made her wheel around and narrow her eyes at him.

"No." She said and picked another handful of wolfsbane out of the ground, throwing it into her bucket for Slughorn

"Come on, I know you want m-"

A sharp force made his head swing to the side and he brought a hand up to his cheek, twisting his head back around to see the Slytherin girl with her hand raised. She had just slapped him. Elladora Hargreaves had just slapped him. Right across the face.
