Around 3 Months Later 3rd Person P.O.V.
Cassie had given birth to a healthy little on the 29th of January while Sylvie gave birth to a little boy called Cooper Dean Casey on the 26th of February. Mouse and Katrina have a name picked out for their baby girl but their nursery is nowhere near finished. It still needed all the furniture built but to be honest they were in no rush because for the first couple of nights at least sleeping in their bedroom. Mya was doing a lot better at school and was getting good reports when they came.
Katrina's P.O.V.
I rolled out of bed because there was no way I was getting back to sleep anytime soon. I walked through to the bathroom and did what I had to do before climbing back into bed with my book. I sat reading my book until Mya came in. "Hey munchkin" I smiled as she climbed in next to us.
"Mommy, can we see uncle JJ today?" I nodded
"Yeah we can go see uncle JJ today" I smiled going back to reading my book. I handed my phone to Mya who played games on it
"Family party in here?" Mouse asked groggily and I let out a small laugh.
"There was no chance of me getting back to sleep. Our little one is pressing on my bladder" I smiled bookmarking my page and placing it down then kissing mouse. I walked to the bathroom and had a shower before walking back to the bedroom. I picked out a light grey t-shirt dress with a denim shirt. I got changed and pulled the shirt on tying it into a little knot just above my bump. I walked back through to the bathroom and did a small bit of makeup and pulled my hair up into a high ponytail. I walked through to the bedroom before walking through to the nursery where Mouse was still attempting to put the cot up. I leaned against the doorframe and watched him.
"How long have you been standing there?" He asked spotting me
"Not long just long enough to see the cot fall to the floor again" I smiled pushing myself off the door as he got a text
"We've got a case are you ok here?" I nodded
"I'll get Mya to help me and the hospital bag is in the car in case I need it" I smiled and kissed him
"Ok I love you" I smiled
"I love you too we'll stop by later" Mouse ran downstairs as I walked back to my bedroom. I sat down on my bed checking my phone to see a text from Casey telling us to stop by the firehouse if we weren't doing anything today.
"Mommy, can we go see uncle JJ now?"
"We need to go see uncle Kelly first can you grab mommy's shoes" Mya grabbed my go-to pair of nude flats and put them on for me. I kissed her head grabbing my phone and bag and walking downstairs. I put my jacket on before locking the door and walking down to the car. I buckled Mya in then climbed in and started driving to the firehouse. I was getting pains in my stomach but put them down to Braxton hicks and I was pretty good at hiding those at the moment. We got to the firehouse and I unbuckled Mya before taking her hand. We walked up the driveway
"UNCLE KELLY" She shouted running up to him as I stopped while leaning against the wall catching my breath and breathing through the Braxton Hicks. I finished walking up as Brett turned to me
"Are you ok?" I nodded
"Braxton Hicks" I smiled as Matt walked over to me.
"I need help on this arson case quickly" I nodded and we walked to our quarters. I helped with the arson case quickly before calling on Mya. I was now driving to the district. We got to the district and I helped Mya out before walking inside. I smiled to Trudy who was busy with some patrol officers. I walked upstairs to intelligence as Mouse came up and hugged me
