Actually I checked this out because he looks like Victor (Yuri on Ice) and it only has one chapter in mangago. I think this is a new manhwa, the story isn't really revealed, but all I know is he's been taking an eye for the protagonist. I dont know his plan for that, but I think he's somehow important to him
