Jooyoung act as Doyoon's father. Doyoon is a half blood (his mother is human) and Jooyoung took care of him out of guilt, since he thought he's the reason why Doyoon's father died. And he's actually in love with his father. No wonder Jaegun is not fond of Doyoon 😂
I really love the scene when the two is saying goodbye. It's so touching, and I do have a soft heart to those who act as parents because I see them as a really responsible character.
