𝚂𝙴𝙿𝚃𝙴𝙼𝙱𝙴𝚁 𝟷𝟾, 𝟸𝟶𝟷𝟿
IT WAS 12PM WHEN THE WHOLE cast met up at the high school they were to be filming at. madison and jadah were the first two to start filming in the music room
"you seem more excited than i am right now" charlie teases the blonde girl who was wondering around on stage as he stood on the gym floor
she chuckles "i know you guys are playing pretend, but i feel like i'm a stage manager making sure everything is perfect for your gig" she says as she walks to the very front of the stage, just in front of charlie who was walking towards the stage
he smirks as an idea comes to mind "you wouldn't be the stage manager...you'd be the lead singer" he hops on the stage as he stands in front of her "in times that i doubted myself i felt like i needed some help stuck in my head with nothing left i feel something around me now" charlie began to sing. skylar felt her heart skip a beat at the way he sung the last lyric
"so unclear, lifting me out i found the ground i'm marching on life is a risk, but we will take it close my eyes and jump" he continued as skylar's heart skip a beat once again at how he sung the last lyric
"together i think that we can make it come on, let's run" he winks to the girl as a signal
she shook her head softly, before singing along with him "and rise through the night you and i we will fight to shine together bright forever and rise through the night you and i we will fight to shine together bright forever" the two sung as they hit the high note at then end
"in times i doubted myself" seeing as the two were blocking out the scene as well skylar began to walk towards him with her hand as the microphone. charlie came face to face with her and sung to her
"i felt like i needed some help" she slowly began to walk backwards as she shook her head with a smile, charlie shining his smile towards her "stuck in my head with nothing left"
before skylar could sing, there was a loud banging that startled the two, making skylar lose her balance, charlie wrapping his hands around her waist to steady her, skylar's back hitting charlie's chest, her hands falling right on top of his
"we're filming! keep it down!" kenny shouts from the gym door, before he left he called out once more "you guys sounded amazing by the way"
"kenny always has perfect timing" charlie chuckles as he places his head on her shoulder
