𝙼𝙰𝚁𝙲𝙷 𝟷𝟿, 𝟸𝟶𝟸𝟶
CALIFORNIA ISSUED A STATEWIDE stay at home order. skylar and charlie arrived in los angeles just two days ago from their mini vacation in florida. this was going to be their second time being apart, this time it was going to be for a month or two, or so they thought
"so productions being held?" skylar questioned her stepfather, jensen ackles
jensen sighs "yeah. i think in a few weeks, a month or three well go back" he says as he continues to cook breakfast for genevieve who was upstairs, in bed
skylar nodded at his words "looks like you caught a small break from having to say goodbye" she grinned knowing jensen was dreading the goodbye to dean winchester
"that's the only bright side of all this" jensen says "and being here and having all the family together" he adds
"it's weird, we've never really all been together for more than a few days" she says, seeing as jensen and skylar are actors and there never really home due to filming. daniella on the other hand was a model, she's usually out and about doing photo shoots in different states, genevieve usually going with her "let's see how long we last"
jensen raised his eyebrows before glancing at skylar "the real question is, how long will you and charlie last without seeing each other"
skylar sighs softly, it's been only two days and she feels a sense of emptiness without him around. she got so used to him being right next to her all the time

"hey momma, how are you feeling?" skylar questioned with a small smile, pausing fast and furious that was playing on her tv screen. as genevieve walks into her room, a small box in her hand. she places it on skylar's nightstand before laying in her bed right next to her youngest daughter
"i'm doing a little better, i kept the food down this time" she grinned
"are you sure you don't want to go to the hospital? maybe it's the—
"sweetheart, there's something i need to tell you" genevieve cut her off with a nervous tone
skylar furrowed her brows "what's wrong?" she questioned
"nothing. nothing bad" genevieve reassured her, she laid up to grab the small black box. she handed it to skylar "open it" she said nervously
skylar gave her a skeptical look before opening it. a small gasp leaves her lips, a hand covering her mouth. as she reads over the small note in the box
"hi sissy! i'm not a new piano, but i am two pairs of baby feet!"
the pregnancy test right under the note, along with two pairs of small baby boots and the ultrasound
"oh my god, twins" she whispers, tears brimming in her eyes. genevieve's eyes also holding back tears, a smile tugging on her lips "mom, i'm so happy for you" skylar smiled so brightly, immediately hugging her mom. a chuckle leaving genevieve's lips "does jensen know?"
genevieve shook her head, tears staining her cheeks "no, not yet" she smiled "only you and dani know"
"w-we have to tell him!" skylar said excitedly as she bounced slightly on her bed
a smile tugging on genevieve's face at how excited she is "we will, but i wanted you girls to know first"
genevieve has also made a separate box for jensen, his note read
"hi daddy! i'm not a new impala, but i am two pairs of baby feet"
"why are you three smiling?" jensen questioned the three girls who were stood across from him by the kitchen island
"just open it" genevieve said with a smile
jensen gave the three one more look before opening the top of the box. his eyes immediately spotted the two pregnancy tests that laid just under the note. his mouth fell open, his eyes immediately found his wife's
"holy shit, are you serious?" jensen questioned a small smile tugging on his lips. genevieve's eyes watered, she sent him a nod before making her way towards him "we're having a baby" he said with a huge smile as he hugs her
"twins. you're having twins" skylar corrected as jensen's eyes widen in shock
"twins?!" he pulls away from genevieve to glance at her. when she nods, his smile widens "we're having twins!"
