i told her you were coming she
immediately ran up to her room
and started making these drawings
for you" meredith chuckles

"oh! bring that boy toy of
yours, bailey said she'd go up to
vancouver if you don't" meredith
smiles

"i'll see" she chuckles softly

"hey shawty what are—"
charlie said before he cut
himself off at the look on
skylar's face

"shawty?" meredith said as
her eyes widen

"is that him?" she questions

"did you just call my daughter
shawty?"

"i-i gotta go—

"charlie!" meredith calls out

skylar and charlie's eyes widen
in shock, but nonetheless
skylar hangs up

"who was that?" charlie immediately asks

"t-that was my aunt meredith" she nervously chuckles

"an aunt from seattle?" charlie asked

"yeah, she invited us to seattle for thanksgiving" skylar explains

charlie nodded but then paused "y-you s-said us?" he stutters

"y-yeah" she says nervously "b-but you don't have to g-

"when are we leaving?" he questions as he walks towards the bathroom sink where she was standing at. she furrows her brows as she turns around to face him "i know how much your seattle family means to you" he said, placing both hands on either side of the sink, trapping her in between his hands

"what about your family? charlie you have to go back home and see them. you already missed canada's thanksgiving" skylar said as she played with the hem of his muscle tee

he shook his head "we're almost done with filming, i'll see them after" he said before kissing her forehead "i'm all in...with you" he says as he glances at her

"the 26th" she says as she wraps her hands around his neck, smiling softly

"looks like we're going to seattle" he smirks as skylar leans up to connect their lips
