CHAPTER 19:Doubt

"Bye bebe!" I cheerfully said when we all got into the entrance of the building where we are working.

"Naks, iba na talaga kapag inlove! Palaging inspired. Sana all may jowa" ani Merang

"Sus! Hindi lang lovelife ang pwedeng gawing inspirasyon bebe, tingin ka sa paligid mo madami d'yan." I smiled and hugged her because I really missed this girl. We rarely see each other these days because of our different shift. Ngayon lang ulit kami nagkasama kasi morning shift na rin sya.

Vince automatically grabbed my hand after the hug.

" Hoy Vincent straight ako FYI di ko aagawin yang girlfriend mo, makahila to! Akala mo aagawan ng girlfriend."

Vince just laughed hearing what Merang said.

"I just love her that's why"

"Tsk dyan na nga kayong dalawa hahanapin ko yung akin, yung hihila sa kamay ko kapag may yumayakap sakin! Malalanding to!"

"Baliw ka talaga, sige na bye!

To be honest, namimiss ko si Esteban and the rest of our co-trainee before kasi magkakaiba kami ng shift kaya hindi na namin madalas makita ang isa't isa.

Sa isang taon kong pagtatrabaho sa call center masasabi kong hindi ito madali, hindi rin mahirap. Sakto lang para sa mga taong gustong kumita ng malaki kahit hindi nakapagtapos ng pag-aaral.

Some said toxic ang trabaho sa call center pero I highly disagree. All jobs become toxic for you if you're not enjoying it and you don't want what you're doing.  As for me, nai-enjoy ko naman sya at gusto ko ang ginagawa ko.

We rode a taxi to get into the bar where we work as a band. Dito rin namin napili na makipagkita kay Carolyne para sa sinasabi nyang "double date"

Ilang minuto lang ang lumipas ay hawak kamay kaming pumasok sa loob ng bar upang mag perform.

My heart flutters whenever I hold his hand. The butterflies on my stomach is always there. Oh how lucky I am to have him in my life.

Magkasabay naming tinapos ang kanta na may ngiti sa mga mata. Ito ang huling kanta na aming kakantahin para sa gabing ito.

Maririnig ang palakpak ng mga tao sa buong paligid ngunit parang wala akong naririnig dahil sa kanya lang nakatuon ang aking paningin ng ilang segundo. Masuyo kaming nakatingin sa mata ng isa't isa matapos naming kantahin ang kantang "At My Worst" ng Pink Sweats.

I know my imperfections, I know how I can be so insecure about myself, I know what I lack of, I know my shortcomings, I know my emotional breakdowns and despite all that I know I have someone. Someone who will stay, accept and love me at my worst.
