Chapter 7: Anidita And Their Petty Fights

All these years Bondita learned from Anirudh was to stand for her own rights and don't let any injustice happen to innocent but now she stood against her own Pati Babu who meant almost everything to her.

"No matter what, I won't let injustice happen to Mrs Parvati Devi even if I would have to defeat Pati Babu I would. Indeed I am following his teachings only." - uttered Bondita to herself

Although both acted strong enough infront of eachother in court but they knew deep down that whatever the result might be none of them are going to win. Indeed, they couldn't see eachother getting defeated but alas they both were stubborn to take the sip of victory. Their stubbornness worried Trilochan Kaka a lot. He couldn't see the couple being arrogant towards eachother and not atleast looking at eachother's face.
It was morning already, everyone had their breakfast. Anirudh was busy taking a sip of coffee deep engrossed in his newspaper while Binoy Uncle and Somnath already left for their liquor factory. Swabhagyawati went out with her friends while Bondita was busy slicing apples sitting onto the sofa next to Anirudh's.

Anirudh while reading his newspaper tried to secretly look at Bondita suspiciously while Bondita too did the same. Trilochan Kaka was monitoring both of them acting so juvenile by not talking to eachother and acting like a furious child from afar sitting on the chair near the dining table. Batuk in his white T-shirt, taking a bite of his apple being less concerned about anything saw Kaka keeping an eye on the couple.

"Kaka, what are you watching so interestingly?" - uttered Batuk in low mild voice right into Trilochan Kaka's ear.

Batuk nearly scared Trilochan Kaka out.

"You idiot! Don't you get it I am assessing some interesting data! Why you have to scare me!" - uttered Trilochan Kaka in mild yet furious voice to Batuk so that Anirudh and Bondita might not hear.

"Apologies Kaka, but why are you staring at Dada and Bodi?" - Batuk

"You are already 22 still your brain is just of 10 year old. I ain't staring at them, I am monitoring them." - Kaka

"But why are you monitoring them?" - Batuk

"You pea brain, can't you see from the moment they both came from court yesterday they are acting like they haven't at least known eachother. See how they are trying to furiously look at eachother secretively as if they would tare eachother into peices." - Kaka

"Kaka, you are really too much! I thought something interesting is going on. I think you don't have anytime for landloardship work nowadays." - said Batuk taking a bite of his apple

"Munshi is there to take care of everything but whats the use of taking care of so much property when you can't at least take care of your own house." - Trilochan Kaka

"Kaka, don't concern yourself much about Bodi and Dada they are like sugar and jaggery!" - Batuk

"What? Sugar and Jaggery?" - uttered confused Kaka

"Yes, both have their own different qualities but their motive is the same that is to spread sweetness." - Batuk

"Yeah! You said it true, sugar and jaggery. Wait! Sugar and Jaggery?" - Trilochan Kaka looking at Batuk

"Yes, sugar and jaggery!" - Batuk

"Your words are not my cup of tea to understand!" - Kaka

"You are now an old man Kaka, even if you try you wont get it!" - said Batuk casually taking a bite of his apple.

Kaka gave Batuk a frown as a reply while Batuk like an innocent mouse retreated.

As Bondita was busy slicing the Apple she accidentally hurt her finger. The moment Anirudh noticed, he thew his paper aside and started scolding Bondita for her carelessness.
