Chapter 30: Anirudh's Consolation

Rohan and Bondita were done for the day with their dance practice session. Rohan was about to leave the mansion while Bondita was there to escort him when they heard something probably they shouldn't have heard of. It was Anirudh's words to Somnath about his and Saudamini's relationship.

"Yes, I loved Saudamini! Yes, today I am still concerned about her! You are right I can never ever love Bondita like I loved Saudamini and have such feelings for her." - said Anirudh furiously to Somnath

Bondita and Rohan heard everything from afar. The moment Rohan heard Anirudh's words he looked straight towards Bondita in deep sorrow. He saw Bondita's eyes were full of tears and he could sense how much hurt she must be.

"Today Anirudh babu crossed his limits Bondita! Today I will say to Anirudh babu everything how much his words hurt you." - said Rohan to Bondita and rushed towards Anirudh

Seeing Rohan going towards Anirudh in rage Bondita ran behind him and held his hand to stop him. Somnath instantly saw Bondita and Rohan up there and so did Anirudh.

"Kahi Bondita ne sabh sun toh.. (Did Bondita heared every.. )" - thought Anirudh

All Anirudh saw in front of him was Bondita standing three meters away from him with her eyes filled with tears and a bright smile on her face. Anyone who would've seen her that time would've noticed that she was trying to hide her immense pain behind her smile. In all those propaganda something struck Anirudh more than Bondita's tears that was the fact that Bondita was holding Rohan's hand firmly.

"Anirudh babu I wanted to say to you something!" - said Rohan furiously

"What is it?" - inquired Anirudh in mild tone

"Pati babu, Rohan was saying that he is about to leave so he just wanted to inform you about it isn't it Rohan?" - interrupted Bondita in a sorrowful tone with teary eyes

Rohan looked at Bondita amazed by the fact that although everything she is still acting strong enough to hide her pain for none other than her husband who doesn't care about her feelings at all.

"Okay!" - uttered Anirudh in mild tone

"Let's go Rohan!" - said Bondita and took Rohan outside the house holding his hand

"Maano ya na maano dada, Bodi ne sabh subliya hai! (You accept it or not brother but Bondita bodi heard everything!) I am keeping these papers in your study room, just check it out." - said Somnath and left the hall

Anirudh just stood right up there with no reaction on to his face. Meanwhile outside the Roy Chaudhary Mansion the atmosphere between Rohan and Bondita wasn't that good enough.

"What were you planing to do Rohan?" - asked Bondita angrily

"What are you planing Bondi? How much are you going to suffer more? That person, your so called husband doesn't care about you Bondi!" - said Rohan in anger

"So what should I do? Do you have better option?" - asked Bondita in rage

"Leave him Bondita! The world is huge enough. You are an independent women. There is no need for you to adjust with Anirudh babu all your life." - said Rohan

"Leave him? Is leaving someone that easy Rohan? Who made me independent? Who made me a barrister Rohan? Wasn't it Pati babu! And all what my best friend is saying is to leave my husband? I understand Rohan you don't like the fact that Pati babu hurt me and how can you say so that Pati babu doesn't love me?" - asked Bondita

"Whom are you trying to console with your sweet lie Bondita? You or Me?" - Rohan

"I know Rohan very well if in this situation I won't calm him and tell him to leave then he will surely go and fight with Pati babu for me. Rohan why are you such an amazing friend! Why can't you let your friend be in pain along! Why do you wish to share my pain!" - uttered Bondita to herself looking at Rohan
