And obviously there's gonna be Avengers AcTiOn FiGuReS to follow a new group of heroes rising up and saving NYC. And so um... keep that in mind.............. anyways-eNjOy
Peter POV:
I carefully opened my eyes and got the worst deja voo ever. I was in a hospital, and had a pounding headache. Something about the fact that I was in a hospital bed was familiar, I just couldn't remember why.
Looking around, I realized it wasn't a regular hospital. There seemed to be only one room. Beds like mine lined the walls, and a sign that read Med Bay was above the only door. I noticed an IV bag was set up next to my bed. It was in use, but so was a heart monitor on the other side of me. The only sound in the room was the sort of steady beeping of the monitor. But then I saw my leg, and the beeping got faster. How did I not notice it right when I woke up?
It was all bandaged up and hanging, suspended in the air. Then I felt the pain. It wasn't as bad as it had been before, even though I don't really remember what had happened before. But it made me inhale sharply and not want to move for fear of making it worse. Though lucky for me, I healed quick. But that didn't mean it felt differently. If anything it might have felt worse. Then there was a knock at the door and I was distracted, briefly taken out of my pain. Tony Stark, yet again, was in the same room as me. Though it was getting a little old.
"Hey," he said as he walked over to me. I gulped as he got closer.
"Wh-where am I?" I asked.
"The Med Bay." He replied.
"Where is that?" I asked again.
"Avengers tower-" Mr. Stark started to say but I cut him off.
"I'm WHERE?" I said freaking out.
"Hey, hey! Calm down!" Mr. Stark said, laughing a little. "Yes you're in Avengers Tower, but it's because I brought you here-" He started but I cut him off again.
"Wait what?! Why did you bring me here?" I questioned.
"Because you were in critical condition! A fricking piece of fricking medal was stuck in your leg!" He exclaimed a little too loudly and I immediately covered my ears. Between the raising of his voice and the ringing left in my ears, it was too loud for me. Then it was quiet and only the sound of the heart monitor rang out.
"Are you ok?" Mr. Stark asked me, genuine concern seemed to be in his eyes. But why?
"Um, y-yeah. I have sensitive hearing because of my being... well, you know." I respond in a small voice.
"Oh, yeah. Right." Mr. Stark said back. It was quiet for a few minutes while we just listened to the mostly steady beeping of the heart monitor. Then I felt my eyes begin to get heavy. Mr. Stark noticed this.
"It's alright. Sleep." He told me.
"No... I don't... need......" I started to say before falling into a confusing nightmare.
Peter stepped off the bus, excited to get home because it was his birthday. He was turning 7 officially at 8:56 tonight! And his aunt and uncle and promised to get him the only Avengers action figure he didn't have yet!
