++Rosy POV++
When we got their we were greeted by my moms friends whole family. I stood their beside my mom quietly while everyone talked. I sighed and looked down at my feet, then I felt a taping at my shoulder. I quickly look up to see who it is and our heads hit. "I am so sorry!! Is your head okay?" I hear him chuckle as he looks up at me while rubbing his head. "That sure was one heck of s greeting. I'm Luke." He sticks his hand out and I stare at it. I hesitantly shake his hand and smile at him. " I'm Rosalinda.. But you can call me Rosy."
" Cool name, how old are you?"
"12 which is practically 13."
He laughs and starts walking off, he gestures me to follow him and I do.
" Do you like to play video games?"
" Who doesn't?"
He tosses me a controller and turns on the tv. "I think this is going to be the beginning of a magical new friendship don't you agree?"
" only slightly" I smiled at him and for once it's a real smile.
