Deanna's POV

I am currently signing and approving some papers above my table when someone knocked on the door.

"Deans, I'll go ahead na. Dito ka lang at wag kang pumupunta kung saan-saan. You can handle yourself naman, right?" Ate Bei asked me while she's fixing her things.

"Yeah. Just make sure that everyone is doing their job. Hindi sila pwedeng magrelax at magchill chill lang." I told her and showed her my poker face.

Ganito talaga ako when it comes to business dahil hindi biro yung mga ginagawa ko para lang maging ganito ka-successful.

"Roger that, Boss D! Take care of yourself." She replied and tapped my shoulder.

"Take care too and drive safe. Don't be a reckless driver." I reminded her and giggled.

She just shook her head and went out of my office.

Okay. Uhm I'm Ma. Deanna Izabella Alvizo Wong, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Wong's Travelamo Visight, the top 3 company in the whole world. We had several buildings and firms in Australia, Korea, France and of course in New Zealand where the main company building is built and located. Sina Ate Bea at Ponggay lang ang nakakasama ko dito sa bahay. I'm just rarely seen outside and in the building when it's necessary. As what Ate Bea said in the last chapter, I'm not allowed to go outside when it's daytime because of some reasons (you're gonna figure it out soon). Kadalasan sila lang ni Ponggay ang laging bumibisita sa kumpanya at umaalis ng bahay dahil hindi naman ganun kadelikado ang buhay nila compare sa akin. Ate Bei is the CFO of the company while Ponggay is my secretary. She's the one who always reminding me if I have some meetings or papers that needs to be signed. And about my family? I'm not ready to tell you guys.

Natigilan ako sa pag-iisip nang biglang magring ang phone ko.

I took it from my pocket and checked the caller's ID. Nagdalawang-isip pa ako kung sasagutin ko ba ito o hindi pero baka emergency ito kaya sinagot ko na.

"Bakit ka tumawag? What do you want?" I coldly asked.

"Show some respect, Izabella. Is that the proper way to greet your father?"

"Oh, ngayon ko lang nalaman na may tatay pa pala ako." I sarcastically said and made some evil laugh.

I'm sure that he wants to punch me right now pero malas siya dahil malayo siya sakin.

"Deanna! Baka nakakalimutan mong hawak ko pa rin ang ilan sa malalaking businesses natin kaya umayos ka kung ayaw mong tanggalin ko ang pamamahala mo sa mga company natin." Pagbabanta niya sakin.

"Then do it. Ilalabas ko ang baho mo." I smirked.

Do you think you can threaten and scare me? Luh asa ka.

"Wala ka na talagang respeto sakin Deanna." Naiinis na sabi niya.

"Tss, matagal na."

I heard him let out a sigh.

"Enough!" He sighed again. "I called you because I want to tell you that you need to get back here in New Zealand ASAP. We need to discuss you something about WTV."

"What? Are you dead serious huh? Sa tingin mo pupunta ako dyan ng ganun-ganun lang pagkatapos mo akong ipatapon dito sa Pilipinas? You gotta be kidding me."

"I am dead serious Izabella! Kailangan ka ng board! Kailangan ka namin ngayon dito!" He's raising his voice now.

"I don't care. Matagal mo na akong tinalikuran at pinabayaan kaya ganun din ang gagawin ko sayo ngayon." I tried not to show some emotions towards him.
