Between Two Hearts

𝚃𝚊𝚔𝚎 𝚠𝚑𝚊𝚝𝚜 𝚖𝚒𝚗𝚎:

You entered your girlfriends trailer, your eyes were locked on your phone as you entered.

You weren't very aware of your surroundings but when your girlfriends voice filled your ears, you smiled gently looking up from your phone.

You had heard a few noises coming from the small bedroom that was attached to Stefani's trailer. Along with that, you had also heard an unfamiliar voice coming from the bedroom, making you tilt your head in confusion.

The door to the bedroom was slightly cracked open, giving you the chance to quietly tip toe towards the wooden door. You had a perfect view of the man that sat on the edge of the bed that Stefani laid on. You watched carefully as you inspected what was going on.

Bradley gently touched your girlfriend, sweeping hair from her face. Stefani practically startled awake to see Bradley. "Oh my god. How did you get in here?" She asked as if she was oblivious. "Dad, let me in." Bradley responded. You furrowed your brows, dad? Her dad let him in?

What was going on?

Stefani gave the man a look of confusion, "What?" She asked as if she was trying to make sense of it all. Bradley moved closer to the brunette. Giving her a gentle kiss as he held her tightly once she sat up. "I don't feel this way about everybody." Stefani said, almost as if she meant it. "Well, good. Then we're on the same page. You can come and sing with me." Bradley spoke in a raspy voice. "Where?" Stefani titled her head. "Well, first stops Arizona." He told her.

You were taken back by the words that left your girlfriends mouth.

Why did she kiss him?

Was she cheating on you?

Was she planning to leave you?

Was Stefani going on tour with Bradley?

You felt your heart begin to crumble. This was the way you had to find out that the love of life was no longer yours? Your body completely froze. You couldn't help but stare at Stefani with a painful look.

The brunette chuckled, she stood from the bed, still unaware of your presence. She walked to the door that you hid behind, simply opening the door. She slightly flinched as she saw you in front of her. "Oh! Hi baby. I didn't see you there." She smiled, kissing your cheek lovingly. You slowly backed away, careful not to trip. You pointed at her, then back at Bradley. Both of them gave you a confused look. "Uh, baby, are you okay?" Stefani asked, taking a step towards you. You backed up again, quite out of it.

Bradley stood from the bed, walking behind Stefani, "Is she okay?" He whispered, quite confused himself. Your girlfriend looked at him, "I'm not sure." She said, barely above a whisper.

You took slow steps backwards until you felt your back press against the hard door that allowed you to enter the trailer.

Stefani approached you once again, but this time you couldn't escape. She scanned your eyes before pulling you into her. She wrapped her arms around you, placing your head in the crook of her neck. "Princess, are you okay?" She whispered. You felt yourself tempted to give in but you couldn't. You detached yourself from the woman, opening the door to the trailer, "I, uh, I'm sorry, I can't." You stuttered before quickly walking out of the trailer, speed walking down to the parking lot.

Stefani wasted no time chasing after you as you crossed your arms, trying to pull yourself together so you didn't look stupid crying in front of people.     

"Y/n! Baby! Stop!" Stefani yelled, trying to catch up to you.

No matter how much it killed you, you ignored her, continuing to walk away.
