It was past 2 am when I woke up to get some water. On the way, I noticed the study room's light still on. As usual Ruzhaan was working on some papers.

Seriously! What does he do all night?!

I welcomed myself in without caring to knock.

"Hm? You're still up?" He questioned

"No, I was just going to get some water. But what's up with you? Why are you always awake till soo late and what are all these papers? Are you a Mafia or an accountant?"

He grinned.
"These are all love letters for me from a lot of beautiful girls."

I narrowed my eyes.
"Yeah right! As if girls would even look at you? Do you have a narcissist syndrome or something?" I snapped.

"Why? Aren't I handsome?" He smirked leaning back on his chair with his one knee on another.

Got to admit. Even in sweatpants and a simple t-shirt.... he's still hot.

"No.... your just annoying." I looked away.

"Ha! You're just jealous that your Uzair isn't at good-looking as me."

I snapped my head at him angrily.
"He's not mine ok!"

"Then who is?" He looked at me intently unnerving me and making me gulp.

"J...just tell me about the papers. I'm curious." I tried to change the topic.

He smiled shaking his head and I didn't dare to retort or else he'd start that topic again.

"What if I don't tell you? I don't feel like it anyway." He shrugged.

"Oh come on. Tell me na! Or else I won't be able to sleep tonight." I pouted.

"Shall I help you sleep....in my own way." He winked.

I glared at him in response and he chuckled shamelessly.
"Are you soo curious to know?"

I nodded excited.

"Fine, come with me tomorrow morning. I'll show you." He said.

"Where to?"

"You'll see." He sounded mysterious.

"Oookay...." I said skeptically.

"Come on Rahina. It's not like I'm going to take you to some secluded place and do anything wrong with you and even if I did wanted to do so...." He got of his chair and walked up to me leaning closer to my ear.
".... I can do it right here....right now." He whispered.

My eyes widened and my heart skipped.
"Uh...um... I'm soo thirsty. I need some water...and..." I fake yawned.
".... Look at the time. I should sleep now. I need to wake up early if we have to leave in the morning. Ha ha..."

I hurriedly turned to my heels escaping from there.

Geez! What a pervert!

We drove to a place which was a few hours away from the city. It was a rural hilly area and there were a few villages nearby. An open place with not many trees but still the air here was soo fresh and climate soo serene. Even the view was spectacular!

"Wow! This place is soo nice!" I said admiring the serenity.

"I bought this land a while ago." He informed.

"Impressive. Just as an investment?" I asked casually, but what he said next had my jaw dropped on the ground.

"No.... I wanna build a school here."
