Chapter 14

SEULGI'S POV

After I messaged her, bumaba na 'ko ng sasakyan at umakyat papunta sa department nila. It's great na after all what happened dito sa South Valley, Taeyon managed to make this as one of the top hospitals in the Philippines.

I believe in Taeyon, kaya when she asked for my help, especially for money, I didn't hesitate to help her kase I know Taeyon. She tried so many times na ibalik yung pera ko but I have a large percentage in this hospital kaya alam ko na if she removed my part, there's a possibility bumagsak ulit tong ospital kaya I told her na just consider me as a share holder na nag invest sa ospital and they can use my percentage to help patients na hindi afford ang magpagamot lalo na sa ganito kalaking ospital.

Kaya I'm glad South Valley is still here standing strong lalo na't Irene and her hampaslupang bitch na friends are working here.

Thay have great doctors I must admit and Taeyon is one of them. She's not just for cardio but also for neuro, she doubled her specialty and she's still studying.

As I make my way to their staff lounge since baka nandon naman silang lahat, I stopped my tracks when I saw her office. I don't know but I automatically smiled when I saw her  so focused. Hindi ko alam kung ano yung tinitingnan niya but I think scans yon ng brain. She's so cute.

Hindi muna ako pumasok. I put my hands inside my pocket and continued watching her. She's too focused to the point where she unconsciously bit her lips. Her white coat really suits her.

She deserves her position. She deserves being the chief of their department.

I remembered the time when Taeyon suddenly called me, hindi siya nagsasalita na ipinagtaka ko. I was about to end the call but I heard someone crying, of course I am not stupid kaya nalaman ko agad kung sino yon.

She's bawling that time, telling Taeyon how hard being promoted as the new chief. I heard it all, how she was judged, sinabi niya lahat yon kay Taeyon kesyo may kapit sa CEO kaya na-promote. I think she's working for one and a half year that time kaya maraming nagsasabi na hindi niya deserve yung position.

I almost book my flight pauwi ng Manila that time. I'm so mad to the point na gusto kong ipatanggal kay Taeyon lahat ng nagduda sa kanya, pero I know na kung mangyayari yon, mas mapapasama siya. Mas may masasabi sa kanya at mas sasabihing nakukuha niya lang lahat ng meron siya dahil may kapit siya kaya I controlled myself.

I heard Taeyon asked her kung anong gusto niyang mangyari or gawin but she said nothing. She just want to let it out kaya kinausap niya si Taeyon.

But of course ayokong wala akong gagawin. Kung sinabi niyang gusto niyang mawala yong mga yon, ipapatanggal ko talaga sila, mga gago sila eh. Kaya I asked Taeyon, sinabi niya na kakausapin niya lahat ng doktor pero hindi niya ipopoint out yung kay Irene dahil mainit pa ang dugo nila sa kanya.

After non, nalalaman ko nalang kay Taeyon how she succesfully completed a surgery then she'll explain gaano kahirap yung ginawa niya lalo na yung sa patient na nag 50/50 but she managed to save him. It makes me proud na she's making her name, because of that ayoko nang umuwi dahil baka ako pa ang maging dahilan para ma-distract siya but then I asked Bernard na umuwi ng Manila at magtrabaho sa South Valley.

Pumunta si Taeyon ng France para kausapin ako and to update me. She told me who's Mark... Ang sabi niya lang nanliligaw and hindi raw interested si Irene but Bernard called me and confirmed na nanliligaw nga and he's persistent.

He assured me na ilalayo niya yung atensyon ni Irene kay Mark which is I am grateful for.. He regularly update me but he suddenly called na there's something going on between them na kaya nung pumunta si Taeyon sa France, sumabay na ko pauwi. Napaka impulsive ko non pero...
