Last night was fun, it somehow took my mind off things but at the same time I felt guilty kasi girl.. aware naman ako na recently sobrang rare na nakakasama ko si Jongin.

And I know, nagtatampo na yon. He's just considerate with everything lalo na kapag work ko. That's just how he is, pareho sila ni Seulgi.

And speaking of Seulgi, papunta sana akong kitchen to check on Jun kasi nagluluto raw when I saw her sa may balcony.

Should I say balcony? Wala naman kasi silang second floor.

She's holding her mug, probably drinking some coffee. Napansin niya agad na lumapit ako kaya umusog siya konti.

"How's your sleep? Maayos ba yung aircon? Ngayon lang kasi na-open yon." Compared to Seulgi I first met, this is very new..

"Dami mo namang tanong." Natawa lang siya sa sagot ko. "Comfortable yung bed, don't worry, maayos yung tulog ko and yes maayos yung aircon. Ikaw?" Judging from her eyes, konti lang tulog niya.

"I slept for three hours lang yata? I'm adjusting pa and.. five na kami nakatulog ni Hyun?" Akala ko natulog na si babaita nung inakyat siya ni Seulgi?

Ano na namang bato hato pick ginawa nilang dalawa? Parang hindi buntis.

"Jina-judge mo na agad ako sa utak mo Rubyjane, she craved for some scallops at 3am, naghanap ako and fortunately with the help of Taeyong I got 10 kilos—"

"Ten?! Si Ariel ka ba?"

"Let me finish Rubyjane kasi, then it's already five nung nakauwi ako then boom, gising na ulit ako."

Craving scallops at three am, you're crazy Joohyun. Baka next time magcrave na siya ng dinosaur.

With Joohyun, hindi naman yon imposible. I'm not even exaggerating.

"She's still sleeping?" Uminom muna siya sa mug bago tumango.

"Yeah.. she adjusted her body clock very well since nauna na siya dito. Saka, it's better na rin na mahaba yung tulog niya, late na siya nakatulog kanina."

I hummed as a response. It took us a few minutes of silence bago siya nagsalita ulit.

"How was work, chief?" I rolled my eyes, I don't know kung nang-aasar siya or sira ulo lang siya. She used to call Joohyun chief kaya!

"Kasalanan mo 'to, kung hindi mo dinala sa France si Joohyun payapa buhay ko." Mas lalo siyang natawa, nakakabwisit!

"You're the only person I know na ayaw ng promotion."

"Well, I'm different Seulgi."

"But seriously, how was work? Draining na ba masyado?" This time, sumeryoso na siya. Nakatingin lang siya sakin, waiting for my answer.

"I do love my work, Seulgi. Just like Joohyun, kumukuha parin ako ng patients but tulad nga ng nakikita ko rin kay Joohyun dati, marami ring paper works, and I hate that part. I'm leading the whole department, desisyon ko nasusunod lagi, it's stressful but somehow... it's a part of me na eh." Tumango-tango naman siya. "Ikaw? How was France and your life there?" Pagbabalik ko ng tanong. Hindi makakatakas sakin yung unti-unting pagngiti niya.

"My life there was even better when I came back with Hyun." Her smile was even brighter this time. Eto na naman si in love.

"I have a life here.. but nakabuo na rin ako ng buhay don. I always thought na after what happened to us here, it is better na lumayo muna kami for a while. Pahupain ba, kasi you know how scared I was that time and I want Hyun to feel secured and safe na."
