Natalie Berzatto believed that she was just an average teen girl. She thought that there was nothing too special about her.
She didn't really stand out among the crowd. She was never the smartest in the room. She wasn't athletic. She wasn't popular. Nobody really knew who she was. She was just merely there, trying her find way around.
Natalie thought she was only destined to live a pretty boring lifestyle. She was not special in anyway, so why would she go out of her way to live in an extravagant way. It seemed like a waste of time, so she choose to blend in with the crowd, not wanting to draw attention to herself.
