~ take it back~

Chapter ~6~

"Give me a second" I say to him. I unlock the car. I put down the stack again. "In the back right here"I say to him. I put our back packs in the back as Daniel gently put his bike in the back. We hop in. I start the car. "Congratulations on surviving your first day" I say to him. He smiles at me. "Thank you" He says laughing. We pull out and drive away. 20 minutes later we reach the apartments. I help Daniel get his bike out from the back. I grab our back packs. I put up the stack and lock the car. We walk up the stairs. "Wanna hangout for a couple hours" I say to him. "Will you help me with my homework" he says. I smile at him. "Yes" I say.

"Hold on let me put my bike in the house" he says. After a couple minutes he returns. He grabs his back pack and I open up the door to my house. "Hello sweetheart" my mom says. "Hello mother" I say smiling. "Mom this is Daniel..Daniel this is mother" I say to them. "Nice to meet you" she says. "It's very nice to meet you to"he says. "We have homework to do. So I'll catch you later. By the way mom are you still gonna go on your date" I asked her. "Yes" she says. I shake my head and we walk to my room. I open up my door and let him in.

"Wow nice room" he says to me. "Thanks" I say closing my bedroom door. I sit on my bed. I help him with his homework. After about 2 hours we get done. "I'm gonna take a nap" I say to him. "My remote is right there if you wanna stay and watch tv or something" I say to him. I grab the little blanket and put it on me. "Wake me up before its time for me to leave. My date is at 7:00 and it's 3:00 right now" I say to him. "Sounds good" he says. I close my eyes and peacefully fall asleep.

2 hours later

I feel myself being shaken. " Lydia" I hear none other than the voice of Daniel say. I open up my eyes. "It's time to get ready" he says. I sit up. I walk to my closet and pull out a black dress. Short sleeve, v cut, black dress. I take off my top and put on the dress. I slip off my leggings and throw them in the hamper with my shirt. I put on my white converse. I put in some small hoop earrings. I fix my mascara. I put on some clear lipgloss and curl my hair. "Alright im done. How do I look?" I say to Daniel. He looks at me and smiles. "Beautiful" He says.

I smile at him. I grab my keys from off my bed. "Alright well I'm gonna head out now" I say to Daniel. "My mom left already cause she also has a date tonight. Umm my house key is on the front table by the door. If you leave to go home take my key, shut off all the lights. Lock the door please. When I get home I'll knock on your door for the key or if you just wanna stay here that's fine to. There's snacks and stuff in the kitchen" I say to him. "Don't worry about me lydia. Go have fun" he says smiling. I give him a hug and kiss on the cheek. "No wait" I say. I go to my closet and grab my purse. "Alright now I'm ready" I say letting out a giggle. I give him a kiss on the cheek and walk out of my room towards the front door.

I open it and wave at Daniel. I shut it and walk down the stairs to my car. I unlock it and get in. I put down my stack and put on my seat belt. I start the car and make my way to 'Golf N' Stuff'.  I pull into the parking lot. It hits 7:00. "Right on time" I whisper to myself. I put my stack back up. I get out of the car and lock it. I feel someone grab my waist and I slightly jump. "That dress is a little too short don't you think" I hear a voice whisper. I turn around and it's Dutch. "What the hell are you doing here" I say to him slightly laughing. "We dropped of tommy" he says.

"Well I have a date tonight" I say pulling myself out of his arms. He looks at me. "we know"he says smiling at me. "I pull myself out of his arms and start walking to the front. I see all the guys with tommy.  I walk up to them. "I thought you ditched me or something" tommy says. "Yeah like that would happen because if I did you wouldn't stop reminding it to me till the day I die" I say to him. I feel eyes  on me and I turn around to see my ex boyfriend. I take a shaky deep breath. "I'll be back" I say. I smile at him and walk towards him. I open up my arms to give him a hug. He accepts it. I kick up my knee and hit him where the sun doesn't shine. I walk back towards the guys. Feeling a little sick. "Who was that" Johnny says. I turn to look at him. "No one to be worried about..I don't think" I say walking into the game place.

"You alright" I hear Johnny say behind me. I turn around. "I'm good" I say smiling  at him. I pay for all of us. The guy gives us different colored wrist bands. "Blue. For you" I say wrapping it on Johnny's wrist. He smiles at me and I smile back.
