Chapter ~97~

A couple hours later

"Okay so I was thinking" Austen says. I giggle. "You think" I say giggling as he smiles and punches me on the arm. "I'm kidding okay finish. What were you thinking" I say smiling at him as we walk into the double doors of the school. The guys in the gym. We walk into the gym. "I'm thinking since practice and everything we have to set up the gym and we might be here past midnight" he says. I look at him. "I have nothing to do tonight so why not" I say smiling. "Miss silver!" The price principal says. I turn around. "Here" she says handing me the keys.

"Lock up tonight when you leave" she says walking away. I slip it under my dress in my pocket. I take off my jacket and throw it on the floor. "Let's get started" I say looking at Austen smiling. I blow up balloons but it's taking longer. The boys start walking out. "You should ask them for help" Austen says. I look at him. Stand up and start walking towards the boys. I walk out of the doors catching up to them. "Wait!" I say. They turn around. "I- we need some help do you guys mind?" I say asking as I study their faces. They look at me. "I hate you guys but we can really use the help" I say. "We will help you" Dutch says. I turn and walk back In.

3 hours later

"The gyms set up. I'll bring the punch tomorrow and the snacks. The equipment is set so what do you say we start practicing?" Austen says. I take a deep breath and look at him. "Yeah why not" I say. "It's obviously prom night. I was thinking we start of with Disney hours first. We put on a big show of Aladdin of course! And then we go from whatever Disney songs next" he says. I look at him. "Your going all out" I say giggling. "That means costumes and dancers" he says. "The dancers are all backstage" he says. I look at him surprised. "I- okay" I say. He goes gets them. "Also your princess jasmine and I'm Aladdin so yer! This is exciting" he says.

"How gay" I hear tommy say. Austen's face drops. I wrap my arm around him. "Just ignore him" I whisper as we walk back stage. "This is your costume" he says pulling something a little bit revealing out. I gasp. "There is no way in hell I'm wearing that" I say to him as I feel the fabric. "Aww but it's so soft" I say.

"You don't have to that goes under your costume or you can just wear this" he says

"It's still kinda revealing.. or how about I just wear that while performing the first song Arabian night, change into another when we sing prince Ali, put my dress on when we sing a whole new world and then change into my dress for prom" I suggest to him. "I like that" he says. "Yeah. Let's get home so I can pick up my outfits, come back and perform but tomorrow you have to help me pick my dress" I say giggling. He grabs my hand as we run off stage almost making me fall. I giggle and walk to the boys. "Can you guys stay here for a while so I can go home and get the outfits for tomorrow's show" I say looking at them. "Yeah" Johnny says from the floor. I look at him. I turn and grab Austen's hand. "Cmon" I say as I walk to grab my jacket.

1 hour later

We get back into the gym. "Okay let me go change. You start the music when I yell go I'll be out in the hall with the dancers just make sure they change into their outfits" I say walking in the back. I change out of my clothes and slip into the see through outfit.

"Hit it Austen!" I yell. "Ready girls and boys" I say smiling at them. We walk into the hallway as the song starts to play. I grab the cordless mic. I take a deep breath and start singing.

4 hours later

"Oh man you don't understand how excited I am to go home" I say giggling. I grab my bags and my keys. "You did good" tommy says. "Thank you" I say smiling. I turn to Austen. "Need a ride home?" I ask him. "That would be great thank you" he says. He grabs my bags and starts walking out. I grab both keys. The boys starts walking out of the gym as I lock the doors. They walk out of the school and I lock up the school. "Be safe when you guys get home" I say smiling at them softly. "Wait Lydia I have something for you! From all of us" Bobby says handing me a paper. I grab it. "I'll see you guys tomorrow" I say putting it in my pocket.  I put the school keys in my pocket as I walk to the car, get in and drive off with Austen.

20 minutes later I pull up to his house. "Well thanks for the ride" he says smiling at me. "Of course" I say smiling back. He exits the car. He walks into his house and I drive off to my house. 20 minutes later I pull into the gate. I wait for it to shut then I continue driving. I stop my car, pull out my bags, I lock the car and walk into the house. I lock the door and walk into my room. I put my bags down. I lock my door. I grab shorts and underclothes. I pull out the notes and lay it on the bed with the keys and my phone, I take out my cigarettes and lighter. I strip off all my clothes and throw them in the hamper. I look at my self in the mirror as the bruise is gone. I jump in The shower.

1 hour later.

I grab the note from my bed as I put everything else on the dresser. I open it.

"Dear princess,
We are very sorry for what we have done. We got rid of the girls once you left. We miss you a lot and hope you forgive us eventually. Stay beautiful!

~Dutch and the boys"

I smile. I grab the box from under my bed, fold it and put it in there. I climb into bed and shut off my light. Falling to sleep peacefully.
