I walk to the table and grab a cup of punch. Spiked. I take a drink. Chase comes up to me and smiles. "You did..you were amazing" he says. "Thank you" I say smiling. I notice that the girl and the guys outfit and hair Are messed up. "That's great" I say to myself. "What is?" I hear chase says. "Nothing" I say letting out a fake laugh. I finish my spiked punch and throw my cup away. "I think that's all I'm gonna sing tonight. Maybe unchained melody i don't know" I say to him. He walks back up and practices his couple of songs as I smile and look at him. "Hi" I hear a voice says. I turn and look at Johnny. I give him a fake smile. "Hi" I say turning back and looking at chase. "You seem mad" he says "no no I'm good" I say signaling him to just drop the subject. He smiles and walks back to the guys and the girls as he wraps his arms around ali. I can't help but feel jealousy and anger build inside of me.
"What is wrong with me" I say annoyed to myself. Everyone starts coming in as the dance starts to get going. A hour later it's field. I hear 'jail house rock' come on. I feel someone wrap there arms around me. The soft hands I instantly knows it's Daniel. "Cmon" he says grabbing my hand as we dance. (Dance from karate kid 2). Couple minutes later the song ends and everyone starts cheering. I smile at Daniel as he hugs me and we walk back. "Didn't know you can dance" I hear Johnny says as we near the group. I look at him as the guys and the girls stare. "We were together for a while. How do you not know? Or did you get a good blow job right now you forgot" I say pissed and walking away. I take a drink from the none spiked punch. "Everything alright" I hear a voice says behind me. I turn around and it's chase. "Everything is fine" I say smiling.
"Sure" he says grabbing my hand as we dance. I smile at him and let out a giggle. "There it is" he says smiling at me. "It's about time for you to go up and sing" he says. I take a deep breath. "Help me get my skirt on" I say. I open my purse and grab my keys. "Where you going?" I hear Johnny say. "To the car. Welcome to come if you want" I say to to him walking out of the doors out of the school and to the car followed by chase. I open it. And grab my skirt as I feel chase press himself against me. I jump up and shut the door locking it. I turn around and smile as he steps away. I then see Johnny and the guys walking out. I take a deep breath. Feeling weird like something is going to happen tonight.
I see tommy smile at me as I force a smile on my face I feel chance whisper in my ear.
"You look really good. Can't wait to try you myself tonight" he says. I look at him as he smirks and walks away. I follow his move as he walks past the guys and into the school. The guys near me. Only Bobby seems to see I'm on edge. "Hey you alright?" I hear Bobby ask. I take a deep breath and look at him. "Yeah I'm alright" I say barley in a whisper. I put my legs in carful not to get the skirt part dirty. I untie the top just a little to tie the skirt as tommy helps me. "Is it just me or is chase being weird today?" I ask looking at the guys. "It's just you" tommy says. I give him a fake smile. I carefully walk away. I feel my stomach tighten with every inch I move closer. I move into the school. As fear kicks in I move back only to be grabbed and pulled into a dark hallway. Pushed up against a wall. My breathing heavy as I look at who it is and it's Johnny.
I punch him and walk away. "Hey I'm sorry!" He yells. I turn back as a tear falls. The guys come behind him letting out a laugh until they notice I'm crying. "Stop. You can't just grab me like that" I chock out. "Hey we were just playing" Dutch says. "Yeah So was chase just a second ago" I say rolling my eyes and walking back into the gym wiping my tears away. I walk to the back of the stage and grab my mic. "Ready" I hear one of the back up singers ask. "Yeah I'm ready" I whisper.
I grab my mic and walk off the stage sitting at an empty table We'll the beat starts to play everyone grabs a partner and dances. The guys just standing alone.
