Chapter ~7~

The others walk in. I put the yellow on tommy, the green on Dutch, the orange on jimmy, the purple on Bobby and I have Johnny put the pink on my wrist."It was a date but now it's a group thing or what" I say to tommy. "Yeah pretty much" he says. I let out a giggle. "Where to first" I say to them. "Well us guys wanted to go to the little laser tag thingy" Dutch says. "Then go. I'll be right behind you" I say to them. They start walking but the only person staying behind with me is Johnny. I look at him.

"You know you don't have to stay with me" I say to him. He turns to look at me. "I want to" he says grabbing my hand. I smile at him. I see the guys go in to the game. "If you wanna go play with them you can" I say to him. He gives me a kiss on the cheek and goes running inside. I laugh at him. "Good I thought he'd never leave" I hear a voice say behind me. I turn around. "Caleb what do you want" I say to him. "You" he says grabbing my waist. I try to push him off but his weight is to much. "Get off of me!" I yell at him. He pushes me up against the wall . I don't understand how no one is seeing this.

"Let me go asshole!" I yell at him. He slaps me across the face. "Get off of her!!" I hear one of the guys yell. I push him off of me and he slaps me again. I fall to the floor cutting my leg. "Hey you do not Hit a girl man!" I hear some guy yell. I look at my thigh and see a bit of blood. Johnny and Dutch go punching Caleb in the face. Tommy helps me up. He protectively wraps his arms around my waist. Bobby holds Caleb's Arms as Dutch and Johnny continue punching him. Caleb ends up running out of Bobby's hold and away. I take a deep breathe as Johnny comes towards me. He raises his hand and I flinch. "I'm not gonna hit you" he says to me. My eyes start to water. "I just need to sit down" I say getting out of Tommy's arms and sitting at one of the empty tables.

I put my head in my hand as I silently cry. "Can I sit down" I hear Johnny say. "Yeah" I say to him. He sits down next to me. "Who was that guy" he asks me. I look at him. "My ex boyfriend Caleb" I say annoyed. "He used to abuse me" I say to him. "I'm so sorry. How come you never told me" he says. "I didn't think it mattered" I say to him. "Out of everyone you treat me great" I say to him. He grabs me and hugs me. "Here" I hear a voice say. "Some wet paper towels and a bandaid" she says. "Thank you" I say to the girl. I move  my legs out from under the table. I set them on Johnny's lap and move my dress up. I grab the paper towel and wipe off the blood.

Johnny grabs the Bandaid  and puts it on my leg. I pull down my dress. He whispers in my ear. "What do you say we ditch  this place go to yours and have a little fun" he whispers sending shivers down my spine. "I don't know" I say to him. My phone vibrates. I pull it out and it's a text from my mom.

"I'm not coming home tonight. Be safe darling"

I look at Johnny. "My moms not coming home tonight" I say to him. He looks at me and winks. "Oh shut up Johnny" I say laughing. I look back down at the floor. He lifts up my chin and our lips connect. I feel his hand slid up my dress. I stop it before it gets further. "I'm gonna get a coke. You want one?" I ask him. "Yes" he says back. I grab a five dollar bill out of my purse,stand up and walk to the food bar thingy. I see Dutch walking towards me. "How are you feeling" he says. I look at him. "I'm good. How are you feeling?" I say to him. "Great" he responds back. I laugh at him. "How can I help you" the guy says.

"Two cokes please" I say to him. He hand me 2 coke bottles and I give him my five dollar bill. "Thank you" I say to him and walk away. "Where are all the other guys" I ask him. "They did another round of laser tag" he says. I let out a giggle. I hand Johnny his coke. Dutch grabs mine cracks it open and takes a drink. I take it from him and take a drink. The other guys come walking out. I go sit on the table. "Look I'm telling you" Bobby say walking towards me and lifting up my dress. "Woah Bobby what the hell" I say to him. "Sorry but they didn't believe me" he says. I look at him. "Believe what" I say to him. "That you got hurt. You obviously did there is a Bandaid right there" He says tracing his fingers over it. "Yeah I know" I say to him.

I pull down my dress. "You should just leave the dress up like that it's hot" jimmy says winking at me. "Hmm maybe I should just take it off" I say annoyed. I look at tommy. He has a sad expression written on his face. I stand up and grab his hand and bring him to another table. "What's wrong" I say to him. He looks at me. "I'm sorry this happened to you" he says to me. "Hey it's not your fault" I say looking at him.
