Chapter 2: Twin

"Bakit parang badtrip ka ata?" Si James.

Kanina pa ako tahimik dito sa loob ng sasakyan at nakatingin lang sa bintana. I hate the rudeness of that guy! Ang gwapo nga pero ang sungit at arogante naman! I badly wanted to choke him to death! My day ruined because of him.

I can't believe that I've met him on my first day here since I cameback. Kung alam ko lang na makikilala ko pala ang Vince na iyon doon sa car race track ay hindi nalang sana ako sumama. Akala mo kung sinong gwapo, bulok naman ang ugali!

"Mei! Ayos ka lang?!" Klare shook my shoulders making me go back to reality.

Napakurap ako at napalingon sa kanilang lahat at napansing kanina pa pala kami nakapark dito sa tapat ng building ng condo namin. I cleared my throat because of awkwardness because they are all looking at me like I'm a mystery that has to be solve.

"A-Ah... andito na pala tayo?" I faked a laugh.

Sabay-sabay ring tumaas ang kilay nila sa akin bago sila napailing at lumabas na. Napatikim tuloy akong mag-isa sa loob ng sasakyan at lumabas na rin. Buwiset kasi iyong Vince na iyon eh! Pinahamak pa ako sa mga kaibigan ko!

Before I went back here in Philippines, I already bought a condo for me to stay in. Nasa iisang building lang naman ang condo naming lahat pero magkakaiba nga lang ng floor. My condo is on the tenth floor while Klare and Lisa's are on the 6th floor. Ang kay James naman ay sa 5th floor habang ang kay Brandon naman ay sa 8th floor ata.

"Why are you zoning out earlier?" Brandon asked while we are inside the elevator.

Sa 10th floor kami lahat pupunta dahil gusto daw nila akong ihatid. James and Brandon are the one who's carrying my luggage.

"Wala lang, may iniisip lang ako." I answered Brandon without looking at him.

Diretso lang ang tingin ko sa reflection sa harap. I'm zoning out again. Paulit-ulit na bumabalik sa isipan ko ang Vince na iyon. From his attractive dimples, handsome face, natural manly scent, lean body and to his rude attitude! Sayang perfect na sana kung hindi lang pinaglihi sa basura ang ugali.

We arrived at the 10th floor after a few minutes at dumiretso agad kami sa condo ko. I opened my condo using my keys and I opened the door widely for my bestfriends. All the condo's here are uniformed but it is also based on the prices. May mga malalaki at magagandang condo talaga dito pero naiiba nga lang ang presyo.

"This is just like my condo." Si Lisa at pasalampak na umupo sa sofa.

Si James at Brandon naman ay dumiretso sa kwarto ko para ilagay doon ang mga bagahe ko. I really trust them this much that I can just easily allow them to go inside my room.

"When will you buy your groceries?" Tanong ni Klare at umupo sa tabi ko sa sofa.

I pursed my lips and looked up to the ceiling to think.

"Pwedeng mamayang hapon kung may time pa ako pagkatapos kong ayusin iyong mga gamit ko." I answered.

"I'll go with you!" She declared.

I just answered her with a shrugged. Bahala siya kung gusto niyang sumama. Sa grocery store sa baba lang naman ako bibili.

"Can you live here alone?" Brandon asked and stood infront of the TV like he's checking something behind it.

"What do you think of me? A baby? Of course I can, Brandon!" Ingos ko at tumayo. "Anong ginagawa mo?" I asked and walked towards him.

"I'm fixing the the cable if it's connected properly." Ika niya at kinuha ang remote para iswitch ang TV.
