The new morning broke on Pearl Harbor, and with it, our protagonist woke up from her night of fun.
Slowly opening her eyes, she looked around and picked herself off the bed.
"Hmm...Damn I slept good"
Walking over to the bathroom, Purifier looked to her side and gazed into the mirror.
She was butt naked
"Huh?! Why the hell am I nak-"
'Oh...right'
"*blushing* I can't believe I actually did that"
Heading into the bathroom, she freshened up for the day and left the room, redressing and heading to Vestal's office. Avoiding any girl she saw.
*knock* *knock*
Vestal: Coming!
Vestal opened the door and welcomed Purifier in.
Vestal: Alright! So, can I do a quick checkup on you?
"Sure, I guess"
Vestal: Alright, while I'm doing this, I'll ask you some questions, see if I can find a cause of your fit last night
"Uhh, ok"
Vestal: So, where did you go yesterday?
"We just traveled around the shopping district mostly though we did go to the park as well"
Vestal: That crosses out the environment...when did the trouble start?
"About and hour before I came to your office"
Vestal: Hmm...what did you eat?
"I had a light breakfast, which Nevada served, then I had one of Ping Hai's sweets"
Vestal: And when did you eat that?
"About a half-hour before the trouble started"
Vestal: Anything peculiar about the pastry?
"As far as I know, no...but the chocolate they used was to die for~"
Vestal: Pardon?
"The chocolate in their treats! It's heavenly!"
Vestal: But...weren't you not a big fan of chocolate?
"I...oh shit"
Vestal: I think we found our culprit
Vestal wrote something on the clipboard.
Vestal: So, from what I could gather, chocolate might be an aphrodisiac on you, a powerful one at that
"The reason for that trouble was just chocolate?!"
Vestal: I do believe so, try to avoid ingestion if you can, I don't want this to happen again
"I hear ya loud and clear, thanks for the help"

Heading to the cafeteria, Purifier made sure she wasn't clumsy or messy in anyway. God forbid if Hornet or Yorktown found out what she did.
Eventually, she made it to the cafeteria and grabbed her breakfast, sitting down at a table farther away from the entrance. Soon enough, Laffey joined in at the table, alongside Javelin.
Javelin: Good morning Purifier!
"Good morning to you as well, and to you Laffey"
Laffey: Hmm...
"Um...you ok?"
Laffey got in her face, only a few inches away.
Laffey: Something happened, didn't it?"
"W-what?!"
Laffey: You look nervous, and you are a little red"
"Oh, that! It's nothing just...I'm feeling a bit warm is all"
Laffey:...if you say so
Laffey sits back down
'Oh thank god she backed down'
Soon enough, Purifier was finished with her meal, and left the Cafeteria. Making her way to Hornet's room.
*knock* *knock*
Hornet: Come in!
.
Hornet: Purifier?!
Hornet rushed to her and hugged her.
Hornet: Where were you yesterday?! I was so worried!
"Uhm, well...I was a bit under the weather, so Vestal took care of me and sent me to a guest dorm, I'm better now"
Hornet: Hmm...
*Purifer sweating nervously*
Hornet: Ya know...I feel like your hiding something, but I'll leave it at that
Purifer lets out her breath
Hornet: But! You better come clean eventually, it might be something important!
"I mean..."
'Shit she's right'
"OK! I'll tell you when I feel comfortable, but not now"
Hornet: Well that works for me. So you got any plans today?
"Nope, I think I'll take today to relax"
Hornet: All right then, if you need anything just call
"Gotcha"

Meanwhile, in the meeting room...
Wales: From what we've gathered, Ironblood and the Sakuras are planning something drastic with a black wisdom cube. Sheffield and Edinburgh provided us with this info after they eavesdropped on Akagi and Kaga.
Q.E: With this, it only garners more questions...why would they need this super weapon? And what for?
Wales: Those questions have to wait, we need to get moving soon. Shortly after Sheffield heard what they were planning, they were found and only barely managed to escape with both the cube and a repair ship
Yorktown: We need to send a force to get those two away from the empire, though I don't doubt that both Ironblood and the Sakuras are sending their own to catch them, so we must act quickly
Q.E: *hums in approval* We need to send capable ships to deal with this...
Wales: Pardon me but, why not send Purifier?
Yorktown: I don't think that's a good idea. The Sirens, as far as we know, are only helping the Crimson Axis, if a siren is fighting with us it might cause trouble for the data gathering from the Sirens
Wales: It still irks me that we're technically both allies and enemies with the sirens, but if they truly are trying to help humanity, plus the vouching from Purifier, it might be the only thing we have to keep us going in this war
Yorktown: Now's not the time to dwell on that, let's go and deal with the cube first. Who knows? It's of Siren make so maybe Purifier will be able to decipher it?
Q.E: Maybe...

Sorry for the extended absence everyone! I had to deal with some family problems, and I still am. It slowed down my chapter production, but I should be working on these more soon so don't worry and enjoy a fight next chapter!
