Janus and Roman had had a sleepover date, watching movies, cuddling, eating junk food, and constructing a full on pillow fort that took up a whole half of Roman's room like the extravagant gay teenagers they were.

Janus had fallen asleep about halfway through Mamma Mia, their 3rd movie musical of the night. He'd slept through the ending, and Roman wasn't about to get up and risk waking him to turn on another movie, so he stayed laying down in fort, playing with Janus's hair and thinking about how wonderful and perfect his boyfriend was.

He felt a stir, and he looked down and saw Janus crying in his sleep.

Just as he was about to wake him, Janus's head shot up like a lightning bolt, and he nearly fell over backwards with the force of how fast he had sat up while still being half-conscious, Roman catching him just in time.

Janus shook his head a few times, and looked around in confusion until his eyes landed on Roman.

"Ro." He whispered and shot back into his arms, curling himself into a ball in Roman's lap. Roman wrapped his arms around him, holding him close and comforting him.

"Are you okay honey bee?" Roman looked down at Janus, who whimpered and curled up closer to him.

Okay, he doesn't want to talk...maybe I could sing for him.

Roman opened his mouth and began to sing

Janus's crying slowed slightly, the singing seemed to be working.

Janus looked up at his world.

The two locked eyes and didn't look away for the remainder of the song, each singing softly to the love of their life.

As the song ended, they both leaned in, sharing a sweet and loving kiss.
