"Ok, wait" Bonnie's voice comes through my phone. I pace my bedroom, glaring at the journal still resting on my nightstand. "Your mom, who was a prophetic witch, predicted a mark that would appear on your body when you were five?"

I nod, "Yeah, that's when the entry is dated. And she wrote about it. I spent all night trying to translate this weird language and I can't find anything."

"Huh," Bonnie scoffs. "Are you sure?"

"Yeah, I mean, I felt that Mark burn into my skin on my sixteenth birthday, there was no way they just happened to hide it from me."

Bonnie's quiet for a moment, "Could your mom have hidden it with magic?"

I pause thinking about it, the few times I've seen her do magic were small spells, "No. I would see it in my memories. My parents had no way of adjusting those."

"Then, yeah," Bonnie says. "I'd say it's possible that she saw it. I mean, both your parents knew what that Mark was like."

"Bonnie," I breathe, "She wrote some scary things on there. She predicted something bad and I don't know what to do."

She's silent for a moment. "I'll take a look through your mom's grimoire to see if I can find anything on her visions."

"Thank you, Bonnie." I shake my head, staring at the book again. "Is this weird?"

She chuckles. "I wish I could tell you 'yes', but with everything we've been through..."

"Yeah," I agree. My eyebrows furrow as a door bangs open downstairs. "Bonnie, I gotta go. Someone just showed up." I turn towards the door of my room, an annoyed Damon stands in the door, gesturing for me to get a move on.

"Ok, I'll let you know what I find, City."

"Thank you, Bonnie." I pocket my phone, turning to Damon. "Yes?"

He looks at me like I know what he wants, Stefan appearing behind him. "We have stuff to do, come on."

~~~~~~~~~~~
"Are we seriously doing this right now?" I groan.
Stefan and Damon barging into my house had never been an odd occurrence, but oftentimes an unexpected one, filled with plans for my day that shut down my own. So instead of searching the internet some more for some weird language translator, I'm following the Salvatore brothers through the woods to Mystic Fall's very own graveyard, to have a meeting with the Devil herself.
"Let's do it," Damon mutters ignoring me as we step off the final steps that lead to the tomb.
Stefan and Damon grab the door helping to enclose Katherine, pulling it out of the way so they can see the entrance to the tomb. They stand back, staring into the darkness for a minute before Katherine finds it in herself to bless us with her presence.
"Please," Katherine's voice softly comes from inside the tomb. "Come in. There's plenty of room for all of us."
"Funny." My response comes out blunt. Both the brothers giving me a small smirk.
"I'd rather poke my eyes out." Damon's voice is dry. His gaze bored as he stares at the trapped vampire.
"Mmm, they're such pretty eyes."
Stefan ignores her, we all do. I don't have the patience for Katherine's games today. I have too much on my mind and too many things I want to know. "We're here for the moonstone."
"Feel like tossing it over?" Damon taunts her.
Katherine clutches the wall of the tomb. "Tell you what, hm. You get your little witch to hocus pocus me out of here, you can have whatever you want."
