Part 9-Tobio

"You want me to come to Karasuno?" I ask into my phone that's resting on my shoulder as I fill up some of the guys water bottles.

"Please? I want you to meet my team." Tobio asks and I smile.

"Okay, okay I will. But I have practice for another 3 hours so you're probably gonna be done." I say as I fill the last bottle of water.

"No we have practice in the afternoon so you'll be here wen practice starts." He says and I nod even though he can't see me.

"Okay sounds good see you later!" I say.

"Bye." I hang up my phone and put it back in my pocket and walk back into the gym.

"Shiratorizawa. We will be playing them on Monday. If we win this one we qualify for the final match for the qualifiers. We can win I know it. But to do that you guys need a good day of rest so go home and do that. Be at the gym right after lunch. I'll give you more details tomorrow," I say and the boys nod before grabbing their things and leaving one by one. I slip on my hoodie and adjust my clothes. I hug my self and when I breath I can smell Oikawa coming off of the hoodie. It was one of his old ones he gave me when he would stay over. It's his team hoodie from second year. I wore it everyday and I still do, so none of the guys really say anything about it.

"Can you guys lock up? I need to meet with someone." I ask the third years and they nod.

"Who?" Iwa asks as he catches the gym keys I toss to him.

"Just Tobio. He wants me to meet his team." I explain and I see Oikawa frown. "Do you have a problem with that Oikawa?"

"No. You can hang out with who you want." Oikawa says and my eyes widen. He was always envious of Tobio but maybe he's changing. When we were together he hated it when I spoke wth To

"Well thanks! See you guys tomorrow! I swear if you don't rest up I'll kick your asses!" I smile as I leave the gym and make my way to Karasuno.

I knock on the Karasuno gym door lightly. The door slides open and I am met face to face with Shimizu-san, she so  PRETTY.

"L/N-san? Do you need anything?" She asks as she pushes up her pink glasses.

"Sorry to intrude like this but Tobio wanted me to come watch practice." I bow lightly and Shimizu-san face goes confused for a second before she realizes.

"Oh Kageyama. Okay you can come inside." Shimizu-san slides the door all the way and ushers me inside. When I step inside I catch the attention of everyone and Tobio walks up to me.

"Hey Y.N." He says as he walks up to me and puts an arm around me.

"Hello Tobio." I smile as I pat the hand that he placed on my shoulder.

"WOW KAGEYAMA! IS SHE YOUR GIRLFRIEND?" The ginger, I think his name is Hinata says and I laugh.

"No, no. I'm just his friend." I laugh and the ginger nods.

"You're the manager from Seijoh right? " One of them asks and I nod.

"Y/N L/N. Sorry for bothering your practice." I bow in front of, who I assume is the Captain.

"It's fine. Sawamura Daichi, captain." Sawamura-san says as he shakes my hand. The other boys introduce them selves quickly.

"Hey cutie pie! What are you doing here anyway, you Kageyama's girlfriend?" Nishinoya asks and I smile and shake my head.

"No I just came to watch and no I am not his girlfriend." I answer. "I actually have a thing going on with Oikawa." I explain and I feel Tobio's hands tense on my shoulder.

"Is that his sweater?" Shimizu-san asks with a smile and I nod as I play with the strings for the hood.

"I thought you guys broke up?" Tobio asks and I smile awkwardly. 

"It's complicated." I say and Tobio purses his lips and nods. 

"Well we just finished practice, you wanna get meat buns with us?" Sugawara-san asks and I smile.

"Sure! I can't be home too late though, we have a match in 2 days and have morning practice tomorrow." I say as I check the time on my phone.

"With Shiratorizawa right?" Hinata asks and I nod.

"Ya. That Miracle Boy Ushiwaka really makes me annoyed." I laugh and the others do as well.

"Well we can clean up and Kageyama can skip clean up today to keep you company." Daichi says and I shake my head.

"No, no. I'll help." I smile.

"So what's so complicated about Oikawa?" Tobio asks as he walks me home.

"Well, y'know. Relationships are just complicated. You'll understand when you get a girlfriend." I explain as I put my hands in my pockets.

"Just answer the question Y/N." Tobio sighs and I smile at his impatient behaviour.

"We made a bet that if we win against Shiratorizawa on Monday we would get back together but even if we lost I would." I say as I rest my head back and look at Tobio from the corner of my eye.

"So... You really like Oikawa?" Tobio asks and I smile softly.

"Not like, love. We were together for 2 years and best friends for 3 years before that. Feelings like that don't go away in 2 months. I know I broke up with him but I regret it." I explain as I straighten my posture. "And even when he's 6 feet away I still miss him because I can't hug, kiss or tell him how much I love him."

"I see." The boy says quietly.

"What?" I giggle as I turn around so I'm walking backwards.

"Nothing nothing. Let's get you home." Tobio says and I shrug my shoulders.

"You always act so mature around me Tobio." I smile. "Like a big brother I can goof around with even though I'm your senpai. It's nice." I laugh and Tobio smiles lightly. When I'm around other people I usually am the one who is the most organized and responsible. Managing the boys only pushes that idea further. Sometimes it's nice to be the little kid. Oikawa and Iwaizumi make me feel that way too. Like I can goof off.
