It was a peaceful in night in Trollstopia. Everyone was sleeping and getting ready for whatever they would do tomorrow. Well Barb and Carol were trying too, but Scout began to cry in his crib which woke them up

"Again? Come on." Barb said, getting up

Carol yawned and then followed her to Scout's room. They honestly hadn't had a full night sleep once Scout came home. It was always interrupted. Scout either had an accident, or he was hungry, or he was cold or hot

Barb and Carol came to his room and took him out of his crib. He didn't have an accident, so they assumed he was just hungry

"It's in the-"

"Yeah I know..." Carol said, interrupting Barb and walked off

Barb watched her leave and tried to rock Scout to at least make an attempt but he just continued to cry

"Come one Scout. It's two in the morning.." Barb said

He continued to cry. Barb sighed extremely tired. That's when Carol came back with his bottle

"Here." Carol said, handing it to Barb

Barb took it from her and was about to feed Scout but this boy smacked it right out of Barbs hand

"Scoutttt pleaseee." Barb whined

Scout just cried. Carol took Scout from Barb and picked the bottle up from the floor and tried to feed him but Scout moved his head back

"Scout just take it." Carol said

"Nuh!" Scout said

Barb yawned wanting to go back to sleep, but with Scout crying it was kind of impossible

"Give him here. I don't think he's hungry." Barb said

Carol sighed and gave Scout back.

"I know this little lullaby my parents sang to me before my mom died. Put me right to sleep." Barb said

"Will it work for Scout?" Carol asked

"Ehhhhehhh I hope so." Barb said

"Scout, please, rest your head." Barb sang

"Now it is time for bed." Carol said

"That's great." Barb said with a tired smile

"Yeah.." Carol said, letting out a tiny yawn

"You're cuter than... umm.." Barb sang forgetting a bit

"Uncle Riff!" Carol sang, helping out

They let out a little giggle. Scout stopped crying but still had tears

"Our little..."

"Uh... cheese can?" Carol sang unsure

"Carol seriously?" Barb asked

"Well I-"

They heard Scout starting to cry again

"Crap.. It didn't work. He's still awake.." Barb said

"I got one. I got one..." Carol said

"Alright." Barb said, giving Scout to her

"Twinkle! Twinkle! How times flies..." Carol sang

"Uh- uhh... Slowly in the rocking skies." Barb sang

"Scout, please, close your eyes!" Carol sang, getting close to him

Barb made her back up

"Don't get so close." Barb said
