Upsetting Blues Pt. 1

Barb was walking around Trollstopia getting something to eat. She heard a sigh and saw Sparky by Techno Lagoon. Sparky had been acting weird for the past few days

Barb wasn't good with feelings either. Maybe Poppy would know

And that's what she did. She went to Poppy's pod. She was there with Delta and Laguna

"Oh! Hi Barb!" Poppy smiled

"Hey? What are you three doing?" Barb asked

"Hey Barb! We're just talking that's about it! So, what brings you here?" Poppy asked

"Well I'm not good with all this mushy mushy talking stuff, but somethings been wrong with Sparks these past few days." Barb said

"Wrong? Like how?" Poppy said

Barb sat in the circle

"Well she zones out in every conversation we have, and anytime we do manage some she always asks me questions." Barb said

"What kind of questions?" Poppy asked

"Well- ok remember when I made you that huge brownie? She was doubting herself and I said all these positive words and she just looked at me and said "what if I'm not that Troll?" I'm just worried about her honestly." Barb said

"Huh... never heard a Troll ask those kind of questions before.." Poppy said

"Well there's gotta be something! Laguna! You're smart ! You outta know!" Barb said

"Well to me it sounds like she's thinking a lot about herself and zoning out, maybe having flashbacks about something, and when they mostly this kind of stuff it means their depressed or other things, but it depends on the Troll." Laguna said

"Well she didn't have a happy life. I know that much." Barb said

"Well you don't have to have a happy life to have depression. Anyone can get it." Laguna said

"Yeah, I just can't handle the way she looks at me sometimes." Barb said

"Looks? What kind of looks?" Laguna

"Like I'm someone else. Someone who's not even able to walk anymore." Barb said

"Someone's who's not able to walk... hmm..." Laguna thought

"I mean dad can't walk anymore." Barb said

"Of course! Your dad! "Someone who's not able to walk" maybe when she looks at you, she thinks of Thrash." Laguna said

"Smart." Delta and Poppy said

"But why?" Barb asked

"Not sure why... there could be many reasons why." Laguna said

"Well dad did kill her parents when she was young." Barb said

"Well maybe when she looks at you, she sees Thrash and starts having these flashbacks." Laguna

"Well I do look like dad." Barb said

"Yeah you do... but their could be other reasons why she is also acting weird to... have you tried talking to her about it?" Laguna asked

"Well I did ask if she was ok." Barb said

"And what did she say?" Laguna asked

"Nothing, absolute silence." Barb said

"That's a sign.." Laguna said

"A sign of what?" Barb asked

"Maybe you should try talking to her or have someone else talk to her." Laguna said
