Shiori's Pov It's finally the day of the last part of the Chunin Exam. Sasuke and I are still in the field we've been training in for the past month. I'm in the sidelines, watching Sasuke still trying to master Chidori
"Again" Kakashi Sensei commands
Sasuke nods
Kakashi Sensei turns towards me
"You too Shiori. Just because you've got the hang of it first doesn't mean you're done" Kakashi Sensei says
"I'll be fine Sensei. It's better this way so you could focus more on training Sasuke. Compared to his opponent, my opponent is nothing..." I say quietly
"That may be true. But tha--"
"Besides. I should go to the arena. There's a possibility that they already started and we're already late Sensei. So if that's the case. I'll go stall before Sasuke or myself disqualified" I smile
"Hmm. You do make a good point"
"Plus. My family is watching. My parents don't like tardiness" I sweat drop
Kakashi Sensei stops to think about it
"Please Sensei. I know I'm ready" I say
"I know you are, but that's not what I'm worried about, Shiori. Orochimaru is still out there" Kakashi Sensei says

There we see, my younger brother running towards me
"Huh? What are you doing here?" I ask
"And this is?" Kakashi Sensei asks
"That's Shiori's younger brother" Sasuke answers as he walks closer to us
"Why are you here younger brother? Shouldn't you be at the arena with mother and father?" I ask
"I asked them go ahead first because of the school project I have to finish. On my way to the arena, I ran into my classmate, Konohamaru. He insisted he knows a shortcut. But I ended up here. When I saw you, I immediately ran towards you" my brother explains
"Oh my. You poor thing" I pat him on his head
Then I face Kakashi Sensei and Sasuke
"Well problem solved. I'll head to the arena with my brother" I smile
"Aren't we supposed to go together?" Sasuke asks
"I'm doing this for both of us, especially you" I smile at him
"*Sigh* If you're sure. I'll join you soon" Sasuke shows me one of his rare smiles

"Thanks Sasuke" I smile

"Good luck" he says
I nod
"Sorry we might not be able to watch your match" he apologizes
"Oh it's alright. Just focus on mastering Chidori for now" I smile reassuringly
"I'll see you soon" he says

My younger brother and I say our goodbyes and head off towards the arena
"I'll never trust Konohamaru's sense of direction ever again" my brief mutters to himself
"Now now. Don't say that. He's your friend isn't he? I'm sure he didn't mean to send you off to the wrong direction" I smile
"Yeah well, some friend he is"
He looks at me then back at the rode
"You haven't been back home at all this whole month" he says
"You know I've been training" I say
"I know. It's just that, it's never the same without you there" he comments
What he said warms my heart. Out of all my siblings, he's always been the closest to me. He's quite mature for his age and never the one to let his emotions out of control
My younger brother and I chat as we continue on our way to the arena
-Timeskip- We arrive at the arena
"Shiori! You finally made it!" I've if the Ninjas guarding the gate says
"Thank goodness" says the other
I hear the noises coming from the arena
"What's going on in there? It's do loud" I ask
"Well everyone has been waiting for you and Sasuke"
"Your match is about to be called out. Hurry before you get disqualified"
"Alright. Then would one of you please escort my younger brother to our parents?" I ask
"I saw them earlier. Come on. I'll escort you to them" one of then says to my younger brother
"Thank you" my younger brother and I bow
I start walking inside the arena
Naruto's Pov We hear footsteps coming from the gate. Everyone becomes quiet and we all look towards the gate and see Shiori
"Look it's Shiori!"
"She's finally here!"
"Go Shiori!"
"Shiori! Shiori! Shiori!"
Everyone starts cheering especially Shiori's admirers and fans. Shiori smiles and waves at the crowd as she walks
"Shiori!" I run towards her with Shikamaru following behind me
