Shiori's Pov Sakura and I carry Naruto and Sasuke to a safe place
"At least he's finally breathing easier now, but he still have a fever" Sakura says as she looks at Sasuke
"Looks like its up to us for the time being" I say
Sakura nods
Sakura's Pov It's already night time. And I see Shiori outside
"I must've dozed off" I say
I stand up and walk up to her
"What are you doing Shiori?" I ask her
"I'm trying to set up a trap. But I'm having a hard time with the wood" she says
"I'll help you" I say
"No, it's alright. You must be tired and sleepy. I'll figure something out" she says generously

"Don't worry about me, I'm tough. Besides, It'll be easier and faster if we do it together, don't you think?" I smile at her
"Alright" she nods
Shiori and I cut a huge tree and start seeing up the trap
"Wow. You're really strong Sakura" she says
"Thanks" I smile
"I'm jealous" she whispers
"What's there to be jealous of?" I laugh
"Well. You're so strong Sakura. I can never do this myself. My body is too fragile" she says
"What do you mean?" I ask
"Exactly what I said. It's nothing new really. My strength is that of an average human girl" she laughs
'You make it sound like I'm not human' I sweat drop
"I'll be right back Shiori. I'll go get some water" I say
"Okay. Be careful. I'll be here, tying the string and watching the boys" she says
I nod and walk towards the nearest river
I fill my canteen with water and start walking back
*Rustle* *Rustle*
I hear rustling sounds from the bushes
"W-who's there?!" I ask nervously
Two wolves jumps out of the bushes and starts growling at me as they slowly walk closer to me
"Stay back!" I say scaly as I take out a kunai knife
I slowly start walking backwards
They start running
"Ahhh!" I scream
Two shurikens suddenly pass by the beasts, cutting them in the process
I look where the shurikens came from and see Shiori
"Shiori!" I smile
"Watch out Sakura" she says as she quickly launch forward with a kunai knife on each hand
She stabs the wolves and spin widening the cut on the wolves' body. Blood starts spilling out. The wolves runs away
"Are you alright Shiori?" I ask as I run towards her worriedly
"I'm fine. Just got a bit of blood on me. But I'm fine" Shiori smiles
"Why are you here anyway Shiori?" I ask
"You were taking awhile so I got worried" she says
"Thanks. If it wasn't for you, I would've been dead meat" I thank her
"No problem. We better get back to the boys" Shiori says
We start walking back
I suddenly trip on a rock and accidently push Shiori
Shiori stumbles and falls on a nearby bush
"Oh my gosh. I'm really sorry Shiori. Are you alright?" I ask as I run up to her

Shiori starts sneezing
I pull her up and see her face red
"What happened?!" I panick
"Sunflowers" Shiori answers, pointing behind the bush
"Oh no. I'm really sorry" I apologize over and over
"I'll just rest and I'll be fine. Compared to my condition on our mission in the Land of the Waves, this is nothing" Shiori smiles, face redder than ever
"Come on, let's go back so you can rest" I pull Shiori's hand and start running back
We finally reach the boys. I help Shiori to lay down, next to Sasuke
"We'll need more...traps. A single...one can't be ...enough" Shiori whispers to herself and falls asleep
I place a wet cloth on her forehead
"It's my fault Shiori's like this. Now I'm really alone" I say
"Keep it together Sakura. They need you right now" I scold myself
I prepare another trap as best I could
"Shiori may be my top rival for Sasuke's love, but that won't change the fact that we're teammates and friends. I have to do everything I can to make my teammates proud"
I finally finish setting up the trap. I sit next to Naruto, Sasuke, and Shiori
